Claims (3)
- 第1接点部を有する第1端子と、第2接点部を有する第2端子とを備え、前記第1接点部と前記第2接点部が互いに摺動して接触される端子接続構造であって、
前記第1接点部の摺動面側には、摺動方向の傾斜方向に沿って第1突壁と第1凹部が交互に設けられ、前記第2接点部の摺動面側には、摺動方向の傾斜方向で、且つ、前記第1突壁及び前記第1凹部とは交差する向きに沿って第2突壁と第2凹部が交互に設けられたことを特徴とする端子接続構造。 - 請求項1記載の端子接続構造であって、
前記第1凹部と前記第2凹部の幅及び深さは、摩耗粉の最大想定粒径以上の幅及び深さに設定されていることを特徴とする端子接続構造。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の端子接続構造であって、
前記第1突壁と前記第1凹部の傾斜角度、及び、前記第2突壁と前記第2凹部の傾斜角度は、それぞれ30度〜60度の範囲であることを特徴とする端子接続構造。
