Abstract
【解決手段】芯線12を外被13で覆った電線11へ接続されたコネクタ端子10の接続構造であって、コネクタ端子10は、電線11の端部を圧着するバレル部21と、相手端子と導通される電気接続部31とを備え、電線11は、端部近傍で外被13が切断分離され、分離された外被分離部13aが端部側へずらされて芯線12が露出され、電線11の端部側へずらされた外被分離部13a、露出された芯線12部分及び外被13部分がコネクタ端子10のバレル部21に圧着されている。

Description
(1) 導体を外被で覆った電線へ接続されたコネクタ端子の接続構造であって、
前記コネクタ端子は、前記電線の端部を圧着するバレル部と、相手端子と導通される電気接続部とを備え、
前記電線は、端部近傍で前記外被が切断分離され、分離された外被分離部が端部側へずらされて前記導体が露出され、
前記電線の端部側へずらされた外被分離部、露出された導体部分及び外被部分が前記コネクタ端子のバレル部に圧着されていること。
(2) 導体を外被で覆った電線の端部を圧着するバレル部と、相手端子と導通される電気接続部とを備えたコネクタ端子を前記電線に接続する接続方法であって、
前記電線の端部近傍で前記外被を切断分離し、
分離した外被分離部を端部側へずらして前記導体を露出させ、
前記電線の端部側へずらした外被分離部、露出させた導体部分及び外被部分を前記コネクタ端子のバレル部に圧着すること。
まず、図5(a)に示すように、電線11の端部近傍の切断分離位置(図中破線部分)で外被13を切断分離する。そして、切断分離することにより、先端側で分離された外被分離部13aを、図5(b)に示すように、端部側へずらし、芯線12を露出させる。
図6に示すように、圧着機の下加締型41と上加締型42の間にコネクタ端子10のバレル部21を配置させ、前処理を施した電線11の端部をバレル部21に配置させる。

Claims (2)
- 導体を外被で覆った電線へ接続されたコネクタ端子の接続構造であって、
前記コネクタ端子は、前記電線の端部を圧着するバレル部と、相手端子と導通される電気接続部とを備え、
前記電線は、端部近傍で前記外被が切断分離され、分離された外被分離部が端部側へずらされて前記導体が露出され、
前記電線の端部側へずらされた外被分離部、露出された導体部分及び外被部分が前記コネクタ端子のバレル部に圧着されていることを特徴とするコネクタ端子の接続構造。 - 導体を外被で覆った電線の端部を圧着するバレル部と、相手端子と導通される電気接続部とを備えたコネクタ端子を前記電線に接続する接続方法であって、
前記電線の端部近傍で前記外被を切断分離し、
分離した外被分離部を端部側へずらして前記導体を露出させ、
前記電線の端部側へずらした外被分離部、露出させた導体部分及び外被部分を前記コネクタ端子のバレル部に圧着することを特徴とするコネクタ端子の接続方法。
