Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る排煙脱硫装置10は、排ガス17中のSOx、煤塵を除去する脱硫吸収塔11と、脱硫吸収塔11内に設けられるスプレーパイプ12と、脱硫吸収塔11内に石灰石を吸収剤とした吸収剤スラリーを含む吸収液21を供給する吸収液供給手段13と、スプレーパイプ12に設けられ、脱硫吸収塔11内に吸収液21を噴霧するノズル14と、脱硫吸収塔11内にアルカリ剤含有溶液44を供給するためのアルカリ剤供給手段15と、脱硫吸収塔11から排出される吸収液21を固液分離した後、得られるろ液55を排水58として排出するための排水排出管16とを有し、アルカリ剤含有溶液44の脱硫吸収塔11内への供給量が排水58の排出量に基づいて調整されることを特徴とする。

Description
すなわち、本発明は、第1乃至第3の何れか1つの発明において、前記脱硫吸収塔には、前記吸収液中の炭酸イオン濃度を測定するための炭酸カルシウム濃度測定計を設けることが好ましい。

Claims (3)
- 排ガス中に含まれる硫黄酸化物及び煤塵を除去するための脱硫吸収塔と、
前記脱硫吸収塔内に水平方向に設けられ、一端部が閉塞された複数のスプレーパイプと、
前記スプレーパイプの他端部に連結され、前記脱硫吸収塔内に石灰石を吸収剤とした吸収剤スラリーを含む吸収液を供給する吸収液供給手段と、
前記スプレーパイプに設けられ、前記脱硫吸収塔内に前記吸収液を噴射する複数のノズルと、
前記脱硫吸収塔内に、アルカリ剤を含む溶液を供給するためのアルカリ剤供給手段と、
前記脱硫吸収塔から排出される吸収液を固液分離した後、得られるろ液を排水として排出するための排水排出管と、
を有し、
前記アルカリ剤を含む溶液の前記脱硫吸収塔内への供給量が前記排水の排出量に基づいて調整されることを特徴とする排煙脱硫装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記アルカリ剤が、水酸化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、硫酸カリウム、水酸化カルシウム、水酸化マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム、硫酸アンモニウムの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする排煙脱硫装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記アルカリ剤を含む溶液が前記脱硫吸収塔に連続して供給されることを特徴とする排煙脱硫装置。
