Abstract
【解決手段】本体に、アーマチャ80を吸引するコイル96を収納し、弁座74に着座または離座する弁部84をアーマチャ80と一体的に形成し、弁座74の一方に高圧通路78が接続され、他方には低圧通路83が接続されている。弁部84が弁座74に着座することによって高圧通路78と低圧通路83とを遮断し、弁部84が弁座74から離座することによって高圧通路78と低圧通路83とが連通する。アーマチャ80におけるコイル96からの磁束が少ない部分に欠設して貫通孔が形成され、貫通孔に弁座形成部72に固定されたガイドピン102が係合されている。

Claims (3)
- 本体と、
前記本体に収納されたコイルと、
前記コイルによって吸引されるアーマチャと、
前記アーマチャと一体的に形成された弁部と、
前記弁部が着座または離座する弁座と、
前記弁座の一方に高圧通路が接続され、他方には低圧通路が接続され、
前記弁部が前記弁座に着座することによって前記高圧通路と前記低圧通路とを遮断し、前記弁部が前記弁座から離座することによって前記高圧通路と前記低圧通路とが連通する電磁弁において、
前記アーマチャにおける前記コイルからの磁束が少ない部分に欠設して被ガイド部が形成され、
前記被ガイド部に前記本体に固定されたガイドが係合され、
前記ガイドによって前記アーマチャを着座位置と離座位置とに移動可能に支持する
電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁において、前記アーマチャは、
前記コイルの磁束が密の位置に配置され、磁性材料で形成された磁性部と、
前記コイルの磁束が粗の位置に配置され、比較的強度が高い高強度材料で形成された高強度部とを、
備え、前記磁性部と前記高強度部とは、固着形成され、
前記被ガイド部は、前記高強度部に孔状に穿設されている
電磁弁。 - 請求項1または2記載の電磁弁において、
前記被ガイド部は、前記アーマチャを貫通して複数形成され、これら複数の被ガイド部のうちの一部の被ガイド部が前記ガイドと係合し、残りの被ガイド部は油抜きとして使用される電磁弁。
