Abstract
【解決手段】ポケット部30を跨いで周方向に延びるオリフィス部材36がアウタ筒部材14の内周側に配設されており、オリフィス部材36のオリフィス形成溝42がアウタ筒部材14で覆われてオリフィス通路48が形成されていると共に、インナ軸部材12とアウタ筒部材14のオリフィス部材36を介した当接によってストッパ手段が構成されている一方、オリフィス部材36にはオリフィス形成溝42の内周底面から突出する補強リブ50が周方向に延びて形成されて、補強リブ50の突出先端面がアウタ筒部材14の内周面に当接していると共に、補強リブ50によってオリフィス通路48が周上の少なくとも一部で同じ流体流動特性を有する複数の流路に仕切られている。

Claims (5)
- インナ軸部材とアウタ筒部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されており、該本体ゴム弾性体の外周面に開口する複数のポケット部が該アウタ筒部材で覆蓋されて非圧縮性流体を封入された複数の流体室が形成されていると共に、それら流体室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路が形成されている流体封入式筒形防振装置において、
前記ポケット部の開口部を跨いで周方向に延びるオリフィス部材が前記アウタ筒部材の内周側に取り付けられており、該オリフィス部材には外周面に開口して周方向に延びるオリフィス形成溝が形成されて、該オリフィス形成溝の外周側開口部が該アウタ筒部材で覆われることによって前記オリフィス通路が形成されていると共に、該インナ軸部材と該アウタ筒部材の該オリフィス部材を介した当接によって該インナ軸部材と該アウタ筒部材の軸直角方向での相対変位を制限するストッパ手段が構成されている一方、
該オリフィス部材には該オリフィス形成溝の内周底面から外周側に突出する補強リブが周方向に延びて形成されて、該補強リブの突出先端面が該アウタ筒部材の内周面に当接していると共に、該補強リブによって該オリフィス通路が周上の少なくとも一部で同じ流体流動特性を有する複数の流路に仕切られていることを特徴とする流体封入式筒形防振装置。 - 前記オリフィス通路が前記補強リブによって周上の少なくとも一部で軸方向等分に仕切られている請求項1に記載の流体封入式筒形防振装置。
- 前記補強リブが前記オリフィス形成溝の軸方向中央部分を周方向に延びて形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式筒形防振装置。
- 前記補強リブが前記オリフィス形成溝の周方向中間部分に形成されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式筒形防振装置。
- 前記インナ軸部材と筒状の中間スリーブが前記本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されていると共に、該中間スリーブに形成された一対の窓部を通じて該本体ゴム弾性体に形成された一対の前記ポケット部が外周側に開口しており、該中間スリーブに前記アウタ筒部材が外嵌されて該一対の窓部が該アウタ筒部材で覆蓋されることによって一対の前記流体室が形成されている一方、
前記オリフィス部材がそれぞれ周方向に略半周の長さで延びる一対とされて各該窓部を周方向に跨いで配設されていると共に、それら一対のオリフィス部材の周方向両端部分が該中間スリーブと該アウタ筒部材の間で挟持されている請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式筒形防振装置。
