成する第一のオリフイス半割体を示す側面図であ
り、第７図は第６図における―断面図である
。 １０：内筒金具、１２：外筒金具、１４：ゴム
弾性体、２０：第一のポケツト部、２２：第二の
ポケツト部、３０，３２：窓部、３４：周溝（嵌
装溝）、３６：第一のオリフイス半割体、３８：
第二のオリフイス半割体、４０：凹溝、４６：受
圧室、４８：平衡室、５０：オリフイス通路、５
２：ストツパ部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 互いに同心的に若しくは偏心して配された内筒
    金具と外筒金具との間に、周方向に独立して外周
    面に開口する複数のポケツト部を備えた筒状ゴム
    弾性体を介装せしめて、それら内筒金具と外筒金
    具とを弾性的に連結すると共に、かかるゴム弾性
    体に設けられた複数のポケツト部の開口を前記外
    筒金具にて覆蓋せしめて、それぞれ所定の非圧縮
    性流体が封入された流体室を形成する一方、それ
    ら複数の流体室を相互に連通せしめるオリフイス
    通路を設けてなる流体封入式防振ブツシユにおい
    て、 前記筒状ゴム弾性体の外周面上に、各ポケツト
    部間に亘つて周方向に延びる嵌装溝を形成し、該
    嵌装溝内に、所定硬度の弾性材料から成る円弧状
    オリフイス分割体を、前記ポケツト部の開口部を
    跨ぐように配設せしめて、該オリフイス分割体の
    外周面に設けた周方向に延びる凹溝の開口を、前
    記外筒金具にて覆蓋することにより前記オリフイ
    ス通路を形成する一方、該オリフイス分割体の内
    周面上に、前記少なくとも一つのポケツト部内に
    おいて径方向内方に所定高さで突出するストツパ
    部を一体形成せしめたことを特徴とする流体封入
    式防振ブツシユ。
