第１図は本考案の一実施例に係る粘性流体封入
式ブツシユ組立体の横断面図（第２図における
―断面に相当する）であり、第２図は第１図に
おける―断面図である。また、第３図は、か
かる粘性流体封入式ブツシユ組立体に用いられる
一体加硫成形品の横断面図（第４図における―
断面に相当する）であり、第４図は第３図にお
ける―断面図であり、第５図は、そのような
一体加硫成形品に対して外筒金具を圧入した状態
を示す第４図に相当する断面図である。更に、第
６図は、例示のブツシユ組立体をメンバーマウン
トとして用いて、サスペンシヨンメンバと車体と
を防振支持する構造を示すものであつて、第６図
ａは、そのような防振連結構造の縦断面説明図で
あり、第６図ｂは、そのような防振連結構造にお
けるブツシユ組立体の配置状態を示す平面説明図
である。 ２：内筒金具、４：外筒金具、６：ゴムスリー
ブ、８：一体加硫成形品、１０：金属リング、１
２：金属スリーブ、１４：窓部、１６：ポケツト
部、１８：台地状突部、２０：ゴム層、２２，３
０：間隙部、２４：貫通孔、２８：流体室、３２
：ブツシユ組立体、３４：サスペンシヨンメンバ

６図は、例示のブツシユ組立体をメンバーマウン
トとして用いて、サスペンシヨンメンバと車体と
を防振支持する構造を示すものであつて、第６図
ａは、そのような防振連結構造の縦断面説明図で
あり、第６図ｂは、そのような防振連結構造にお
けるブツシユ組立体の配置状態を示す平面説明図

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内筒部材と外筒部材との間に筒状のゴム弾
性体を介装せしめ、かかるゴム弾性体の前記内筒
部材を挾む対称な位置にそれぞれ設けられた、外
周面に開口する一対のポケツト部を、前記外筒部
材にて覆蓋することにより、互いに独立した一対
の流体室を形成して、それら一対の流体室内に動
粘度の高い高粘性流体をそれぞれ封入する一方、
前記一対のポケツト部内に、それぞれの底部から
前記外筒部材に向つて延びる突出部を設けて、該
突出部と該外筒部材との間及び該ポケツト部のブ
ツシユ軸方向の両内壁面との間にそれぞれ所定の
間隙部を形成せしめ、更に前記ゴム弾性体の前記
内筒部材を挾む対称な位置に、ブツシユ軸方向に
延びる一対の肉抜き部をそれぞれ設けたことを特
徴とする粘性流体封入式防振ブツシユ。 (2) 前記一対のポケツト部が、ブツシユ軸方向
の幅が一定の、ブツシユ周方向に延びる円弧状の
凹所として、前記ゴム弾性体の対称位置にそれぞ
れ設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の粘性流体封入式防振ブツシユ。 (3) 前記突出部が、前記外筒部材の内周面に対
応した円弧状の頂面を有すると共に、前記ポケツ
ト部の内壁面に対向する、ブツシユ軸方向に直角
な方向の平坦な側面を有している実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の粘性流体封入
式防振ブツシユ。
