Abstract
【解決手段】磁性基板100は、第1の磁性材料から成る第1の磁性層110と、第2の磁性材料から成る第2の磁性層120とを含み、前記第1の磁性材料と前記第2の磁性材料とは同じ材料で、粒径が異なる。また、前記磁性基板の製造方法は、ベース基板の上面に第2の磁性材料を塗布するステップ(A)と、前記第2の磁性材料の上面に第1の磁性材料を塗布するステップ(B)と、前記第1の磁性材料の上面に第2の磁性材料を塗布するステップ(C)と、前記ステップ(C)の後に磁性材料を焼成するステップ(D)とを含む。

Claims (26)
- 第1の磁性材料から成る第1の磁性層と、
第2の磁性材料から成る第2の磁性層とを含み、
前記第1の磁性材料と前記第2の磁性材料とは同じ材料で、粒径が異なる磁性基板。 - 前記第2の磁性材料の粒径は前記第1の磁性材料の粒径の6〜50倍である請求項1に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性材料の粒径は1〜5μmで、前記第2の磁性材料の粒径は30〜50μmである請求項1に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の上面及び下面に各々前記第2の磁性層が設けられる請求項1に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の厚さは、前記第2の磁性層の厚さの2.5〜14倍である請求項4に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の厚さは、500〜700μmで、前記第2の磁性層の厚さは、50〜200μmである請求項4に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の側面に前記第2の磁性層がさらに設けられる請求項4に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の上面及び下面各々の縁部に前記第2の磁性層が設けられる請求項1に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の厚さは、前記第2の磁性層の厚さの2〜7倍である請求項8に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の厚さは、400〜700μmで、前記第2の磁性層の厚さは、100〜200μmである請求項8に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の長さは、前記第2の磁性層の長さの3.2〜6.7倍である請求項8に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の長さは、8〜12mmで、前記第2の磁性層の長さは、1.8〜2.5mmである請求項8に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の厚さは、前記第2の磁性層厚さの2〜7倍で、前記第1の磁性層の長さは、前記第2の磁性層長さの3.2〜6.7倍である請求項8に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の厚さは、400〜700μmで、その長さは8〜12mmであり、前記第2の磁性層の厚さは、100〜200μmで、その長さは1.8〜2.5mmである請求項8に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の側面に前記第2の磁性層がさらに設けられる請求項8に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の上面及び下面に各々前記第2の磁性層が設けられ、
前記第1の磁性層の内部に少なくとも一つの第2の磁性層が設けられる請求項1に記載の磁性基板。 - 前記第2の磁性層の厚さは、50〜200μmである請求項16に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層及び第2の磁性層の厚さは各々、50〜200μmの範囲にある請求項16に記載の磁性基板。
- 前記第1の磁性層の側面に前記第2の磁性層がさらに設けられる請求項16に記載の磁性基板。
- ベース基板の上面に第2の磁性材料を塗布するステップ(A)と、
前記第2の磁性材料の上面に第1の磁性材料を塗布するステップ(B)と、
前記第1の磁性材料の上面に第2の磁性材料を塗布するステップ(C)と、
前記ステップ(C)の後に磁性材料を焼成するステップ(D)とを含み、
前記第1の磁性材料と前記第2の磁性材料とは、粒径が異なる磁性基板の製造方法。 - 前記第1の磁性材料の粒径は1〜5μmで、前記第2の磁性材料の粒径は30〜50μmである請求項20に記載の磁性基板の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(D)は10〜50MPaの圧力で行われる請求項20に記載の磁性基板の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(D)は600〜900℃の温度で行われる請求項20に記載の磁性基板の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(D)は600〜900℃の温度で2〜3時間間行われる請求項20に記載の磁性基板の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(C)の後に、前記ステップ(B)にリターンして、前記ステップ(B)及び前記ステップ(C)を少なくとも1回さらに行った後、前記ステップ(D)を行う請求項20に記載の磁性基板の製造方法。
- ベース基板の上面上の左側部及び右側部の領域に第2の磁性材料を塗布するステップ(A)と、
前記第2の磁性材料の上面及び前記ベース基板の上面に第1の磁性材料を塗布するステップ(B)と、
前記第1の磁性材料の上面上の左側部及び右側部の領域に第2の磁性材料を塗布するステップ(C)と、
前記ステップ(C)の後に、磁性材料を焼成するステップ(D)とを含み、
前記第1の磁性材料と前記第2の磁性材料とは、粒径が異なる磁性基板の製造方法。
