Abstract
【解決手段】陽極内部端子を備えた陽極箔と、陰極内部端子を備えた陰極箔とを、セパレータを介して巻回又は積層したコンデンサ素子を用いた電解コンデンサにおいて、陽極箔の端部がセパレータを介して陰極箔に対向し、かつ陰極内部端子は表面を拡面処理されているので、陽極箔に対向する陰極箔に面積の小さな部分がなくなって、充放電特性が向上する。さらに、陽極内部端子を備えた陽極箔と、陰極内部端子を備えた陰極箔とを、セパレータを介して巻回又は積層したコンデンサ素子に駆動用電解液を含浸した電解コンデンサにおいて、前記陰極内部端子は、アルミニウム材からなり、その表面をエッチング処理し、このエッチング層の鉄の濃度を40ppm以下とした。

Description
以下、図を参照して詳細に説明する。図1は本発明の実施の形態における電解コンデンサを示す斜視図である。図2は本発明の実施の形態における陰極内部端子を示す断面図である。図3は本発明の実施の形態における電解コンデンサの陰極箔、陽極箔及びセパレータの載置状態を示す断面図である。
陰極内部端子は、純度99.9%以上のアルミニウム材からなり、交流エッチング倍率28倍、陽極酸化電圧3Vによる化成皮膜が形成され、このエッチング層における鉄の濃度は、40ppmである。陽極内部端子は、99.9%以上のアルミニウム材からなり、陽極酸化電圧620Vによる化成皮膜が形成されている。陰極箔は、エッチング倍率28倍、陽極酸化電圧3Vによる化成皮膜が形成され、陽極箔は、エッチングされるとともに、陽極酸化電圧620Vによる化成皮膜が形成されている。前記両内部端子を、それぞれ各電極箔の所定位置にステッチにより取り付けた後、セパレータの低密度側の面が、陰極内部端子側に対面するように巻回してコンデンサ素子を形成し、pH6の駆動用電解液を含浸して外装ケースに収納した。
陰極内部端子の交流エッチング倍率を10倍とし、陽極酸化を行わず、それ以外は、実施例1と同様の電解コンデンサを作成した。
陰極内部端子におけるエッチング層中の鉄含有量を280ppmとし、それ以外は、実施例1と同様の電解コンデンサを作成した。
陰極内部端子を構成するアルミニウム材の純度を99%以上とし、エッチング層中の鉄含有量を400ppmとし、それ以外は実施例1と同様の電解コンデンサを作成した。

Claims (4)
- 陽極内部端子を備えた陽極箔と、陰極内部端子を備えた陰極箔とを、セパレータを介して巻回又は積層したコンデンサ素子に駆動用電解液を含浸した電解コンデンサにおいて、前記陰極内部端子の表面は溶解処理されたアルミニウムからなり、該溶解処理によって形成された溶解処理層の鉄の濃度を40ppm以下とした電解コンデンサ。
- 前記溶解処理がエッチング処理である請求項1に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- 前記陰極内部端子のアルミニウム純度が99.9%以上である請求項1に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- 前記陰極内部端子には、化成皮膜が形成された請求項1に記載の電解コンデンサ。
