Abstract
【解決手段】1本の導体からなる芯線部3と、この芯線部3の外周を覆う被覆部とを備え、被覆部から露出する芯線部3に端子7の加締め部9が加締められて導通される端子圧着電線1において、芯線部3を、端子7の加締め部9に加締められる前の状態で、外周形状を加締め部9を加締めた状態の内周形状と略同一形状に形成した。

Claims (3)
- 1本の導体からなる芯線部と、この芯線部の外周を覆う被覆部とを備え、前記被覆部から露出する前記芯線部に端子の加締め部が加締められて導通される端子圧着電線であって、
前記芯線部は、前記端子の加締め部に加締められる前の状態で、外周形状が前記加締め部を加締めた状態の内周形状と略同一形状に形成されていることを特徴とする端子圧着電線。 - 請求項1記載の端子圧着電線であって、
前記芯線部は、前記端子の加締め部に加締められる前の状態で、外周径が前記加締め部を加締めた状態の内周径より大きく設定されていることを特徴とする端子圧着電線。 - 請求項1又は2記載の端子圧着電線であって、
前記加締め部は、互いの端部を当接して前記芯線部を挟み込む一対の狭持部を有し、前記芯線部には、前記一対の狭持部の端部を配置させる凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする端子圧着電線。
