Abstract

Description
(a)それぞれ1個のセグメントと多くの官能基とを含む複数の分子ビルディングブロックおよびプレSOFを含む、液体を含有する反応混合物を調製する工程;
(b)この反応混合物を湿潤フィルムとして堆積させる工程;
(c)分子ビルディングブロックを含む湿潤フィルムの、複数のセグメントと、共有結合性有機骨格として整列した複数のリンカーとを含むSOFを含む乾燥したフィルム(乾燥SOF)への変化を促進し、この共有結合性有機骨格が、巨視的な見方だとフィルムである工程;
(d)場合により、コーティング基材からSOFを取り外し、自立型SOFを得る工程;
(e)場合により、この自立型SOFをロールへと加工する工程;
(f)場合により、このSOFを切断し、ベルトになるように縫い合わせる工程;
(g)場合により、次のSOF形成プロセスのためにSOF(上述のSOF形成プロセスによって調製された)を基材上に上述のSOF形成プロセスを行う工程;および
(h)場合により、上記乾燥SOFを活性化して複数の孔を空にして、SOFを形成後に残留し得るいずれかの残留化学種を除去する工程。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも第1のセグメントタイプを含む複数のセグメントおよび複数のリンカーならびに複数の孔を含む多孔質構造化有機フィルム(SOF)であって、このリンカーが少なくとも、共有結合性有機骨格(COF)として整列された第1のリンカータイプを含み、ここで第1のセグメントタイプおよび/または第1のリンカータイプが、炭素でない少なくとも1つの原子を含み、複数の孔が1つ以上の成分に利用可能な複数の部位を含む、フィルム。
- 前記SOFが、少なくとも200℃までの範囲の熱安定性を含む、請求項1に記載の多孔質SOF。
- 前記SOFが、約75m2/g〜約3500m2/gのラングミュア表面積を含む、請求項1に記載の多孔質SOF。
- 前記SOFが膜である、請求項1に記載の多孔質SOF。
- 前記複数の孔がカチオン性またはアニオン性部分で官能化される、請求項1に記載の多孔質SOF。
- 前記複数の孔が、疎水性、親水性、アニオン性、カチオン性、疎油性、または親油性部分またはこれらの組み合わせで官能化される、請求項1に記載の多孔質SOF。
- 前記複数の孔サイズが、約4オングストローム〜約40オングストロームの範囲である、請求項1に記載の多孔質SOF。前記SOFがさらにキャッピングユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の多孔質SOF。
- 前記SOFが、約20重量%〜約60重量%のフッ素含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の多孔質SOF。
- 前記SOFが実質的にピンホールのないフィルムである、請求項1に記載のSOF。
- 前記SOFが25〜約500セグメント厚さである、請求項1に記載の多孔質SOF。
