Abstract
【解決手段】平均粒径が10〜100μmの微細紙粉を20〜70重量部、熱可塑性合成樹脂を30〜80重量部有し、微細紙粉及び熱可塑性合成樹脂の合計が100重量部である原材料を、2つの材料供給口15,16を有する完全噛合型同方向回転2軸混練押出機10を用い、主材料供給口15から樹脂を供給し、副材料供給口16から微細紙粉を供給して、成形用微細紙粉含有樹脂組成物を得る。

Description
実施例1−7及び比較例1では、平均粒径10μm、30μm、50μm、100μmの微細紙粉を表1に示した重量部、ポリプロピレン(日本ポリプロ株式会社製MA−03)を表1に示した重量部、ポリエチレン(日本ポリエチ株式会社製UF−421)を10重量部、酸化防止剤(株式会社ADEKA製アデカスタブAO−60)を1重量部、ステアリン酸カルシウムを1重量部含む原材料を用意した。なお、微細紙粉の平均粒径は、株式会社セイシン企業製のレーザー回折・散乱式粒度分布測定装置LMS−350で測定した。
実施例8及び比較例2では、平均粒径50μmの微細紙粉を30重量部、ポリプロピレン(日本ポリプロ株式会社製MA−03)を60重量部、ポリエチレン(日本ポリエチ株式会社製UF−421)を10重量部、酸化防止剤(株式会社ADEKA製アデカスタブAO−60)を1重量部、ステアリン酸カルシウムを1重量部含む原材料を用意した。
Claims (5)
- 平均粒径が10〜100μmの微細紙粉を20〜70重量部、熱可塑性合成樹脂を30〜80重量部有し、前記微細紙粉及び前記熱可塑性合成樹脂の合計が100重量部である原材料を、複数の材料供給口を有する完全噛合型同方向回転2軸混練押出機を用い、上流側の前記材料供給口から前記熱可塑性合成樹脂を供給し、下流側の前記材料供給口から前記微細紙粉を供給し、210℃以下の温度で混練させて、成形用微細紙粉含有樹脂組成物を得ることを特徴とする微細紙粉含有樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性合成樹脂が、ポリオレフィン系合成樹脂、ポリスチレン系合成樹脂、又はポリ乳酸系合成樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微細紙粉含有樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオレフィン系合成樹脂が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の微細紙粉含有樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記原材料は、無水マレイン酸基を有する化合物を0.3〜5重量部有することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の微細紙粉含有樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記完全噛合型同方向回転2軸混練押出機は、2本のスクリューの少なくとも一部にそれぞれニーディングディスク部を有し、前記2本のスクリューがそれぞれ有する前記ニーディングディスク部は、前記スクリューの軸心に垂直な断面において短径方向と長径方向とが直交する同一断面形状を有し、且つ、一方の前記ニーディングディスク部の長径方向の外面の回転領域内に、他方の前記ニーディングディスク部の長径方向の外面が入り込むように配置されるとともに、前記2本のスクリューは前記ニーディングディスク部の長径方向が互いに直交するようにして同一方向に同一速度で回転することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の微細紙粉含有樹脂組成物の製造方法。
