Claims (9)

  1. レーザスキャナ(10)を用いて物体(O)を光学的に走査および測定する方法であって、標的周波数(ω0)で変調された発光ビーム(18)が、発光器(17)を用いて放射され、前記レーザスキャナ(10)の周辺で物体(O)から何らかの形で反射され、または他の形で散乱された受光ビーム(20)が、受光器(21)を用いて多数のサンプルとして測定クロック(fM)とともに受け取られ、それぞれの場合、少なくとも前記物体(O)からの距離(d)が、制御および評価デバイス(22)を用いて、複数の測定点(X)に対する前記多数のサンプルの位相角(Φ)から判定され、前記距離(d)を判定するために、時間的に隣接するサンプルの距離差(Δd)によって生じる位相シフト(ΔΦ)を補正して前記距離(d)を補正するという手順によって行われることを特徴とする方法。
  2. 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記物体(O)の仮想速度(v)を判定して前記位相シフト(ΔΦ)を補正することを特徴とする方法。
  3. 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記仮想速度(v)が、2つの時間的に隣接するサンプルの距離(d)間に存在する距離差(Δd)および前記測定クロック(fM)から判定されることを特徴とする方法。
  4. 請求項2または3に記載の方法であって、近似された位相シフト(ΔΦ)が前記仮想速度(v)から判定されることを特徴とする方法。
  5. 請求項4に記載の方法であって、前記サンプルの補正された距離(d)が、前記近似された位相シフト(ΔΦ)から判定されることを特徴とする方法。
  6. 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記位相シフト(ΔΦ)の前記補正が繰り返し行われることを特徴とする方法。
  7. 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、距離(d)が補正された前記多数のサンプルをデータ低減によって組み合わせて、前記複数の測定点(X)を形成することを特徴とする方法。
  8. 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施することを特徴とするレーザスキャナ(10)。
  9. 請求項8に記載のレーザスキャナであって、前記制御および評価デバイス(22)が前記距離(d)を補正することを特徴とするレーザスキャナ。
