Abstract
Description
本明細書で使用するとき、語句「有益剤送達粒子」は、1つ以上の有益剤と、1つ以上の本明細書に記載のセルロース系ポリマーと、を含む、封入体、及び/又はマイクロカプセル、及び/又は凝集体、及び/又は粒子を指すことを意図する。
有益剤送達粒子を含有する洗浄組成物が開示される。思いがけなく出願者らは、有益剤送達粒子を含む開示される組成物が有益剤の不安定性に関する問題を解決することを見出した。驚くべきことに出願者らは、布地を洗濯すると起こるイオン性条件に直面すると、開示される組成物の有益剤送達粒子が破裂し、有益剤を効率的に放出することを見出した。

一態様では、開示される組成物は、有益剤送達粒子及び1つ以上の補助剤成分を含有する。補助剤成分は、本明細書に記載する任意のものを含んでよく、又は所望の組成物での使用に好適な任意のその他の補助剤を含んでよい。以下に例示される補助剤の非限定的な一覧は、本発明の組成物での使用に好適であり、例えば、性能を補助若しくは向上させるために、洗浄される基材の処理のために、又は組成物の審美性を変化させるために、特定の態様に組み込むことができる。このような補助剤を、上述の有益剤送達粒子に加えてよい。このような追加的構成成分の明確な性質、及びそれを組み込む濃度は、組成物の物理的形態及び使用されるべき作業の性質に依存する。好適な補助材料として、界面活性剤、ビルダー、キレート化剤、移染阻害剤、増白剤、分散剤、酵素、及び酵素安定剤が挙げられる。補助剤には、触媒材料、漂白剤、光退色剤、非金属漂白剤触媒、ポリマー性分散剤、粘土汚れ除去/再付着防止剤、汚れ放出ポリマー及び汚れ懸濁ポリマー、増白剤、泡抑制剤、染料、香料、構造弾性化剤、柔軟仕上げ剤、キャリア、ヒドロトロープ、加工助剤、溶媒、顔料、色調剤、並びにこれらの混合物を挙げてよい。好適な補助剤の例及び使用濃度はまた、米国特許第5,576,282号、同第6,306,812(B1)号及び同第6,326,348(B1)号にも見出される。
有益剤送達粒子の製造方法もまた開示される。例えば米国特許第4,990,280号、米国特許公開第2003/0087791(A1)号、同第2003/0087790(A1)号、同第2005/0003983(A1)号に開示されるように、組成物は、任意の好適な形態で処方され、配合者が選択する任意のプロセスで製造されてよい。一態様では、i)溶媒中にセルロース系ポリマー及び有益剤を提供し、混合物を生成する工程と、ii)有益剤送達粒子の形成に十分な時間、噴霧乾燥機に混合物を投入する工程と、を含む、噴霧乾燥プロセスを使用して有益剤送達粒子を製造してよい。溶媒は、有機溶媒、アルカリ性アルコール溶媒、アルカリ性水性溶媒、水性溶媒、又はこれらの混合物を含んでよい。一態様では、溶媒は重炭酸ナトリウムを含んでよい。溶解工程中に、機械的操作を使ってよい。一態様では、有益剤の投入前に、溶媒中にセルロース系ポリマーを溶解してよい。
有益剤と、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースフタレート、セルロースアセテートフタレート、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるポリマーと、を含む粒子を、洗浄組成物と混合する工程を含む、洗浄組成物に効果送達能を付与する方法も開示される。一態様では、かかる有益剤は、酵素、色調染料、金属触媒、漂白剤触媒、過酸、香料、バイオポリマー、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されてよい。一態様では、かかる粒子は、かかる洗浄組成物の少なくとも1つの成分と混合され、かかる粒子とかかる洗浄組成物の少なくとも1つの成分との混合物は、別の材料と混合され洗浄組成物を生成する。
ある部位、とりわけ表面又は布地を洗浄及び/又は処理する方法も開示される。このような方法として、表面又は布地を任意に洗浄する及び/又はすすぐ工程と、本発明に開示される組成物(原体又は洗浄液中に希釈されたもののいずれか)を少なくとも表面又は布地の一部に接触させる工程と、次いでこのような表面又は布地を任意にすすぐ及び/又は洗浄する工程と、を含む。用語「洗浄する」は、ゴシゴシ洗う、及び/又は機械的に攪拌することを包含する。当業者に理解されるように、一態様では、開示される組成物は洗濯用途での使用に適している。したがって、布地を洗濯する方法が開示される。一態様では、この方法は、洗濯される布地を本明細書に開示される組成物と接触させる工程を含む。一態様では、洗浄又はすすぎ工程に使用される溶液の最終pHは、約5〜約8.5、約6〜約8.4、又は約6.5〜約8.2であってよい。組成物は、溶液中で約500ppm〜約15,000ppmの濃度で使用されてよい。水温は、典型的には約5℃〜約90℃の範囲である。水対布地の比率は、約1:1〜約30:1であってよい。一態様では、組成物は水溶性パウチで供給されてよく、パウチはポリビニルアルコールを含んでよい。
粘度計(Model AR2000,TA Instruments(New Castle,Delaware,USA)から入手可能)を使用して、粘度を求め、40mmの2°スチールコーンを0.01〜150秒−1の剪断速度で使用して、それぞれの試料を25℃の試料温度で試験する。粘度を単位センチポアズ(cps)で表し、1秒−1の剪断速度で測定する。
0.05gの有益剤送達粒子を計量し、実施例16に記載される液体洗剤5mLに分散する。次いで得られる混合液を、20℃で500mLの水(表1に記載される組成物を有する)に希釈する。続いてこの混合液を、Scientific Lab.comから入手できるスターラープレート、IKAMAG RET basicを使用して150RPMで10分間攪拌する。
0.05gの有益剤送達粒子を計量し、実施例16に記載される液体洗剤5mLに分散する。次いで、得られる混合液を2分間混合し、10mL容の標準的気密性ガラスバイアル瓶に密封する。この手順を繰り返し、20本の複製を得る。この20本の複製を2つのバッチに等分する。バッチ1の10本の複製は、温度を35℃(温暖保管条件)に調節したオーブン内に3週間置く。バッチ2(低温保管条件)の10本の複製は、5℃の冷蔵庫内に3週間置く。3週間後、これら複製を2つの温度調節室のそれぞれから取り出し、有益剤含量を分析する(不活化し得る酵素などの材料の場合は、活性体の含量に対して得られるデータを比較して解析することに注意)。
バッチ1及び2(上述)の5本の複製をそれぞれ、20℃で500mLの水(表1に記載される組成物を有する)に希釈する。各混合液を、ScientificLab.comから入手できるスターラープレート、IKAMAG RET basicを使用して150RPMで10分間攪拌する。次いで、この混合液を試験方法1に記載の手順を使用して分析し、保管後に残存する有益剤の総量を測定する。この量をAmg/mL組成物で表し、Aはこの試験で得られる値である。各異なるバッチの5本の複製を、0.45マイクロメートルのフィルター(Whatman Incorporated(NJ,USA)から入手)でろ過し、有益剤送達粒子を除去する。次いでろ過した各流体サンプルのそれぞれを、20℃で500mLの水(表1に記載される組成物を有する)に希釈する。続いて、希釈したろ過流体サンプルを、Scientific Lab.comから入手できるスターラープレート、IKAMAG RET basicを使用して150RPMで10分間攪拌し、試験方法1に記載される手順に従って分析して、保管後に有益剤送達粒子から漏出した有益剤の量を測定する。この量をBmg/mL組成物で表し、Bはこの試験で得られる値である。

式中、A及びBは上記で得られる値であり、Cは、試験方法1に開示するものなどの標準的分析方法を使用して、加えられた有益剤送達粒子の活性に基づき、液体洗剤サンプル中に存在すると見込まれる有益剤の量である。
2グラムのグレード55のHPMCP(Shin−Etsu,Chemical Co.,Ltd,Tokyo 100−0004,Japan)を25mLのアルコール性水酸化ナトリウム(メタノール中水酸化ナトリウム0.52%重量/容量)に溶解し、100mLの三角フラスコに入れ、30分間超音波処理する。5.2gのアミラーゼ溶液(Novozymes A/Sから入手でき、アミラーゼ活性が220KNU/mLのもの)を均質な溶液に添加し、スターラープレート、IKAMAG RET basic(ScientificLab.comから入手)を使用して150RPMで10分間攪拌した。この分散液を、0.19MPa(2kg/cm2)の一定の噴霧気圧を使用して、2.5mL/分の速度で噴霧乾燥機(Buchi,B−191,Switzerlandから入手)に供給する。入口及び出口の温度は、それぞれ40℃及び30℃である。分散液材料をスターラープレート(ScientificLab.comから入手可能なIKAMAG RET basic)を使用して150RPMで継続的に攪拌しながら、噴霧乾燥機(Buchi,B−191,Switzerland)に供給する。噴霧乾燥機内で形成された有益剤送達粒子を、サイクロンを介して容器内に回収する。次いで、有益剤送達粒子を計量し(1.62g)、ASTM E1037−84法、第1版に従って約2〜約15マイクロメートルの範囲内の粒径を測定する。得られる有益剤送達粒子を、SEM(TM−1000,Hitachi)、Axio顕微鏡(Zeiss,Germany)、及びSTEREO顕微鏡(Zeiss,Germany)で分析する。
5グラムのCAP粉末(G.M.Chemie Pvt Ltd,Mumbai,400 705,India)を95mLの水性重炭酸ナトリウム(1.26%重量/容量)に溶解する。次いでこの溶液をガラス製ペトリ皿に移し、続いて液体窒素を含有するガラス製容器内に5分間、又は混合液が液体窒素の温度に達するまで置いた。次いで、凍結乾燥機(Martin Christ,Gefriertrocknungsanlagen GmbH,D−37507 Osterode am Harz,GermanyのAlpha1−2LD)を使用し、9.5時間、−54℃でペトリ皿を凍結乾燥させる。得られる凍結乾燥されアルカリ処理されたCAP生成物はフィルムを形成し、小片に切断されてマイクロカプセルの製造に使用される。2gの凍結乾燥されアルカリ処理されたCAPを33mLのメタノールに溶解し、100mLの三角フラスコに入れ、30分間超音波処理する。0.81gのSavinase(登録商標)溶液(Novozymes A/Sが供給するプロテアーゼ活性が44KNPU/gのもの)を均質な溶液に添加し、スターラープレート(ScientificLab.comが供給するIKAMAG RET basic)を使用して150RPMで10分間撹拌した。分散液材料をスターラープレート(ScientificLab.comから入手可能なIKAMAG RET basic)を使用して150RPMで継続的に攪拌しながら、0.19MPa(2kg/cm2)の一定の噴霧気圧を使用して、2.5mL/分の速度で噴霧乾燥機(Buchi,B−191,Switzerland)に供給する。入口及び出口の温度は、それぞれ40℃及び30℃である。噴霧乾燥機内で形成された有益剤送達粒子を、サイクロンを介して容器内に回収する。次いで、有益剤送達粒子を計量し(1.23g)、ASTM E1037−84法、第1版に従って約2〜15マイクロメートルの粒径分布を測定する。得られる有益剤送達粒子を、SEM(TM−1000,Hitachi)、Axio顕微鏡(Zeiss,Germany)、及びSTEREO顕微鏡(Zeiss,Germany)で分析する。上述の試験方法1及び2を使用し、初期及び保管後の活性酵素含量について有益剤送達粒子を分析する。
酵素有益剤が上述の色調染料である以外は、実施例1のプロセスを使用する。
5%重炭酸ナトリウム水溶液中、グレード50のHPMCP(「HP 50」)(SEPPIC SA,7 Boulevard Franck Kupka,92039 Paris La Defense,Cedex,Franceから入手可能)の10%溶液を50℃で調製し、1.2マイクロメートルのフィルター(Albet,Dassel,Germany)でろ過する。この溶液を室温まで冷却する。2グラムのジクロロ−1,4−ジエチル−1,4,8,11−テトラアザビシクロ[6.6.2]ヘキサデカンマンガン(II)を98gの予め調製したHP 50溶液に加え、ジクロロ−1,4−ジエチル−1,4,8,11−テトラアザビシクロ[6.6.2]ヘキサデカンマンガン(II)が完全に溶解するまで混合する(IKA−Werke GmbH & Co.KG,Janke & Kunkel Str.10,79219 Staufen,Germanyから入手可能なIKA RW−16−Basic)。噴霧乾燥機を使用して粒子を回収する(ProCepT(Belgium)の4M8 Spray−Dryer)。噴霧乾燥プロセスで使用するパラメータは、ノズル0.4mm、schuin 60 cyclone、入口空気温度140℃、空気流速0.4m3/分、供給速度2mL/分(シリンジを用いて)である。収率58.14%が得られる。続いて粒子を回収し、SEM(TM−1000,Hitachi)で分析する。

70gのPeractive AP(TAED,Clariant,Frankfurt,Germany)を計量し、wurster流動床コーター(4M8−Fluidbed,ProCepT,Belgium)に導入する。熱風を85℃に設定し、100gのHP 50(SEPPIC SA,7 Boulevard Franck Kupka,92039 Paris La Defense,Cedex,Franceから入手可能)を900gの5.5%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液に溶解して予め調製した775gの10% HPMCP 50溶液を、気流速度0.4m3/分により0.5mL/分の速度で底部から噴霧する。材料を回収し、SEM(TM−1000,Hitachi)で分析する。得られるコーティングは100%未満の均一性である。

c.フェニルボロン酸及びその誘導体からなる群から選択される質量効率的可逆性プロテアーゼ阻害剤と、
d.これらの混合物と、からなる群から選択される、酵素安定剤成分を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。 - 前記有益剤が、予め形成された過酸、漂白活性化剤、触媒性金属錯体、非金属漂白剤触媒、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される漂白剤又は漂白剤触媒を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記有益剤が、漂白促進剤、色調染料、布地柔軟剤、付着剤、カチオン性ポリマー、カチオンデンプン、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記有益剤が、メラミンホルムアルデヒドポリマーと少なくとも1つの香料成分とを含み、前記メラミンホルムアルデヒドポリマーが前記香料成分を封入する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記有益剤送達粒子が、0.1マイクロメートル〜1000マイクロメートルの粒径を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記有益剤送達粒子によって供給される有益剤が、組成物の0.0001重量%〜10重量%である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記洗浄組成物が2つ以上の有益剤送達粒子を含み、前記2つ以上の有益剤送達粒子のそれぞれが異なる放出特性を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記有益剤送達粒子の比重と、前記有益剤送達粒子を除く前記洗浄組成物の比重との差が0〜0.5g/cm3である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記組成物が、ジグリセリド及びトリグリセリド、エチレングリコールジステアレート、微結晶セルロース、セルロース系材料、マイクロファイバーセルロース、バイオポリマー、キサンタンガム、ジェランガム、並びにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される構造剤を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記組成物が約70%未満の水を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記有益剤送達粒子が、有益剤送達粒子の乾燥総重量に基づき0.5%〜90%の有益剤を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- a)部位を任意にすすぐ及び/又は洗浄することと、
b)前記部位を請求項1に記載の洗浄組成物と接触させることと、
c)前記部位を任意に洗浄する及び/又はすすぐことと、を含む、部位を洗浄及び/又は処理する方法。
