Abstract
Description
アモルファスポリアミド、ポリカーボネートまたはジフェノールをベースにしたコポリカーボネート、ポリアクリレートまたはコポリアクリレートおよびポリメチルアクリレートまたはコポリメチルアクリレート、例えばおよび有利にはポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、スチレンを有するポリマーまたはコポリマー、例えばおよび有利にはポリスチレン(PS)またはポリスチレンアクリルニトリル(SAN)、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、並びに、ポリオレフィン、例えばおよび有利にはポリプロピレンタイプまたは環状オレフィン(例えばTOPAS(R)、Hoechst社)に基づいたポリオレフィン、テレフタル酸の重縮合体または共重縮合体、例えばおよび有利にはポリエチレンテレフタレートまたはコポリエチレンテレフタレート(PETまたはCoPET)、グリコール変性PET(PETG)、グリコール変性ポリシクロヘキサンジメチレンテレフタレートまたはコポリシクロヘキサンジメチレンテレフタレート(PCTG)またはポリブチレンテレフタレートまたはコポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBTまたはCoPBT)、ナフタレンジカルボン酸の重縮合体または共重縮合体、例えばおよび有利にはポリエチレングリコールナフタレート(PEN)、少なくとも1つのシクロアルキルジカルボン酸の重縮合体または共重縮合体、例えばおよび有利にはポリシクロヘキサンジメタノールシクロへキサンジカルボン酸(PCCD)、ポリスルフォン(PSU)または上述したものの混合物が挙げられる。
a)媒体における開放角度θ1およびθ2を、フレネルの式から、所定の取り込み角度を用いて計算する;
b)2つの放物線弧、すなわち、媒体内の開放角度θ1を備えた放物線弧P1(22)と、媒体内の開放角度θ2を備えた放物線弧P2(23)とを以下の式によって作成する:
c)放物線弧F1,F2(25,26)およびE1,E2の終点を計算する;
d)放物線弧P1を媒体内の開放角度θ1ぶん回転させ、放物線弧P2を媒体内の開放角度θ2ぶん回転させ、放物線弧P2をx軸に沿って移動させる;
e)θ1≠θ2を伴う非対称な形態の場合には、オプショナルで、点E1およびE2によって定められる傾斜面の傾斜を特定する;
f)ステップa)〜e)で作成された幾何学形状から、空気内への効果的な取り込み角度を特定する;
g)この効果的な取り込み角度を所定の取り込み角度と比較し、精度が不十分な場合(殊に偏差が0.001%よりも大きい場合)には、ステップa)における規定された取り込み角度の代わりに、修正された取り込み角度でステップa)〜f)を繰り返す。ここで修正された取り込み角度は、この規定された取り込み角度と同じではなく、修正された取り込み角度は次のように選択される。すなわち、ステップf)からの効果的な取り込み角度が、規定された取り込み角度と一致するように選択される;
h)充分な精度に達している場合(殊に規定された取り込み角度からの効果的な取り込み角度の偏差が0.001%以下である場合)には、新たな終点E3およびE4(27および28)で、短縮ファクタによって定められた程度、放物線をy方向で短くする。
i)オプショナル:点F1およびF2(25、26)によって制限されている辺を、n次の多項式(21)によって置き換える。これは連続微分可能に接続される。

Claims (15)
- ビーム放射デバイスであって、
メインビームを放射する有機ビーム放射機能層と、
前記メインビームの放射路内に配置されているビーム取り出し層とを有しており、
当該ビーム取り出し層は、前記ビーム放射機能層に反している側に、規則的に配置された幾何学的な構造要素を備えたマイクロ構造を有しており、
当該ビーム取り出し層は、少なくとも部分領域内に、前記メインビームを散乱させる領域を有している、
ことを特徴とするビーム放射デバイス。 - 前記光散乱領域は、粒子、中空粒子および気体包有物を含んでいる、請求項1記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前記光散乱領域は0.5〜100μm、殊に2〜20μmの平均直径を有している、請求項1または2記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前記幾何学的な構造要素は、球セグメントの様式の構造要素、回転楕円体セグメントの様式の構造要素、角錐の様式の構造要素、円錐の様式の構造要素または当該構造要素を混合したものから選択される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前記幾何学的な構造要素の最高部から、当該幾何学的な構造要素の底部まで延在している各なめらかな曲線は、前記ビーム放射層の方を向いている自身の最下三分の一部分において、前記なめらかな曲線の相応する最上三分の一部分における各曲率よりも小さい曲率のみを有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前記幾何学的な構造要素は、多角形の底面を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前記マイクロ構造体は金属ロールによって、前記ビーム取り出し層の表面に刻印される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 相互に隣接している幾何学的な構造要素の最高部は、30〜500μm、殊に100〜250μmの間隔を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前記ビーム取り出し層は、前記メインビームを散乱させる領域の他に、前記メインビームに対して透過性のポリマー、殊にポリカーボネートを含んでいるマトリクスを有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前記幾何学的な構造要素の領域内に、前記メインビームを散乱させる部分領域は設けられていない、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前ビーム取り出し層は、基板、バリア層または透明電極の面に直接的に配置されており、当該面はそれぞれ前記ビーム放射機能層に反している側にある、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前記ビーム取り出し層は、相互に間隔が空いている少なくとも2つの部分層を含んでおり、当該部分層の間には気体が存在しており、さらに相対している前記部分層の境界面は実質的に相互に平行に延在しており、かつ前記ビーム放射機能層の方を向いている前記ビーム取り出し層面に対して実質的に平行に延在している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 前記間隔の空いている部分層の間に、支持構造体、殊に透明材料から成る支持構造体が配置されている、請求項12記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- OLEDとして構成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
- 照明、殊に大面積照明のために設けられている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のビーム放射デバイス。
