Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つのガラス基板(10、11)、および基板の最大寸法にわたって配置される少なくとも1つのプラスチック中間層(12)を備え、かつグレージングの厚さを通して少なくとも1つの穴(2)が設けられる積層グレージングユニット(1)を製造するためのプロセスにして、重ね合わせがグレージングユニットの前記穴(2)に対応するそのそれぞれの開口を有するように、予め切断されている基板および中間層を重ね合わせるステップと、ガス抜きステップとを含むプロセスであって、ガス抜きステップ前に、前記穴(2)の周囲の周りにグレージングユニットの端面(18)へ、かつガラス基板の一般外面(13、14)に取り外し可能なシール(4)を取り付けるステップであり、シールが、ウェブ(41)、およびこのウェブに接続される、同じ方向に並行して延在しかつグレージングの厚さを収容するように間隔を置いて配置される2つの対向するフランジ(42、43)を備え、フランジが、それぞれの互いに対向する内面(45、46)を有し、これは、少なくとも1つの突出する固定要素(48)がそれぞれ設けられ、基板の一般外面(13、14)にそれぞれ押し付けられるが、ウェブ(41)には、フランジの内面を接続するその内面(44)に、グレージングユニットの端面(18)に対向して配置される少なくとも1つの溝(47)が設けられるステップを含むことを特徴とする、プロセス。
- シールのフランジの1つまたは複数の突出する固定要素(48)が、ウェブ(41)に向かって傾斜される(49)ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- シールの各フランジが、ウェブ(41)の反対の端部において、フランジの遠位端(42a、43a)の近くに配置される単一の固定要素(48)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- シール(4)のフランジ(42、43)を隔てる距離が、グレージングの厚さよりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- シール(4)が、押出し成形され、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン単量体(EPDM)型の可撓性の材料で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- シール(4)のフランジ(42、43)が、穴から遠ざかる方向に、少なくとも8mm、好ましくは8mmから15mmの幅にわたって基板の外面(13、14)を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- シール(4)の溝(47)が、ガス抜きステップを確実にするように、真空ポンプ式のガス抽出装置(6)に局部的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 知られているタイプの付加的なシール(3)が、グレージングユニットの全外周にわたって配置され、このシールが、真空ポンプ式のガス抽出装置(5、6)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の製造プロセスを用いて得られる、積層グレージングユニット。
- 少なくとも2つのガラス基板(10、11)、および基板の間に配置される少なくとも1つのプラスチック中間層(12)とを備え、かつ少なくとも1つの穴(2)がその厚さを通して設けられる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の製造プロセスを用いて得ることができる積層グレージングユニットであって、穴が、窓通気口を受け入れるためのもののような保持もしくは固定要素以外の機能要素を収容するように、またはサンルーフタイプの自動車用グレージングユニットに開閉可能な空間を形成するように使用され、この穴が、特に、可動ガラスパネルと協働することが意図されることを特徴とする、積層グレージングユニット。
