Abstract
【解決手段】その下部分に、積層体(10)の構成要素、特に2つの硬質シートとその接着剤中間層を気密封止し、それらを20℃〜120℃の加熱サイクルおよび環境圧力を下回る圧力を加えるための懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)であって、バッグ(1、2)は吸引ホースに接続され、バッグ(1、2)にはその積層体(10)の構成要素を収容する領域の上部にクランプ手段(5)が設けられることを特徴とする。
このバッグを用いて積層体を脱気する方法、およびこの方法の窓スクリーンの製造への応用。

Description
クランプ手段は少なくとも1個の永久磁石を含み、
クランプ手段は電気回路を閉じることによって起動することのできる少なくとも1個の電磁石を含み、
磁石にはバッグの他の側に配置された他の磁石が付属し、
磁石にはバッグの他の側に配置された金属要素が付属する。
上述の懸垂された可撓性バッグを用いて、2枚のガラスシート間の接着剤中間層を脱気する方法であり、
この方法を、湾曲したガラスシートからなる透明な車両窓スクリーンの製造に応用することである。

Claims (10)
- 下部分に、積層体(10)の構成要素、特に2つの硬質シートとその接着剤中間層を気密封止し、それらを20℃〜120℃の加熱サイクルおよび大気圧を下回る圧力を加えるための懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)であって、バッグ(1、2)は吸引ホースに接続され、バッグ(1、2)はその積層体の構成要素を収容する領域の上部にクランプ手段(5)が設けられることを特徴とする、懸垂された可撓性バッグ。
- 作業中に、上部分が支持体によって上昇されないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)。
- 作業中に、上部分が支持体(4)によって上昇されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)。
- 支持体(4)が、積層体(10)の構成要素の重量下でバッグ(1、2)のプリーツに順応するように変形可能な材料から作られることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)。
- クランプ手段(5)が少なくとも1個の永久磁石を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)。
- クランプ手段(5)が、電気回路を閉じることによって起動することのできる少なくとも1個の電磁石を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)。
- 前記磁石に、バッグ(1、2)の他の側に配置された他の磁石が付属することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)。
- 前記磁石に、バッグ(1、2)の他の側に配置された金属要素が付属することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)。
- 請求項1に記載の懸垂された可撓性バッグ(1、2)を用いて、2枚のガラスシート間の接着剤中間層を脱気する、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法の、湾曲したガラスシートからなる透明な車両窓スクリーンの製造への適用。
