Description

用于层状玻璃的排气袋
技术领域
本发明涉及层状组合体的制造,尤其是玻璃透明体,例如用作运输车辆或类似车辆的挡风玻璃的层状玻璃。
该制造方法用来将至少两层的玻璃以及夹在中间的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)类型的粘接层组合到一起。
背景技术
业已存在各种的用于将两层玻璃相互粘接到一起的技术。
其中之一为使两玻璃层及其中间层经受20-120℃的热循环,尤其是在100℃左右,并且对其施加低于大气压的压力。其中后一项措施是为了能够使从具有粗糙度的PVB粘接层中排出气体,以避免密封住任何的气泡,该气泡将影响最终产品的透明质量。在这一技术中,这些操作是在一个橡胶或类似材质的柔软的袋子中进行的,所述袋子连接于管子,通过该管子进行抽气以产生负压。当然,柔软袋的制成材料要适合于保证袋子的密封封闭性。
该袋子包括两个主要的袋层,它们被用来沿着例如垂直的轴线,将通常是拱形的两玻璃层以及中间层包围在所述袋层的下部中。
袋子的这个下部可以是封闭的,然而有必要在袋子的上部设置一个开口,以便将层状体的各组成部分引入到袋子中。为了该引入操作,因此,两个袋层当然可以相互分开。
在工作时,通过一个柱体,例如金属的圆柱体,将袋子提升,该两个袋层在袋子的上部相互贴合;在袋子的适当重量以及层状体组成部分的重量的作用下,袋子的下部被绷紧,这样就实现了袋子自身的密封。
由于玻璃层例如沿着垂直轴线的曲率,以及柱体的直线的几何特征,柱体与玻璃层的上沿之间的距离应当是充分的,以便在袋子的充分的高度处重新进行袋子的变形。
另外,在袋层与柱体相接触的部位,需要对袋子的两个袋层予以强化。
然而,这种方法存在着小的慢性泄漏的缺点,例如0.6毫巴数量级,这就延长了操作循环。
发明内容
为此,本发明提出了一种悬挂着的柔软袋,用于在其下部密封地包围着层状体的各组成部分,尤其是两刚性层以及它们的粘接中间层,以便使这些组成部分经历20-120℃的热循环,以及对它们施加低于大气压的压力,该袋子连接于抽气管,其特征在于,该袋子在其容纳层状体各组成部分的区域的上部设置有钳夹部件。
这样就把慢性泄漏从0.6毫巴减小到0毫巴。
另外,按照第一变体,这些钳夹部件可以通过减少提升袋子上部的柱体实现密封:工作时悬挂着的柔软袋的上部没有通过柱体而被提升。
这样就节省了袋子在与柱体相接触区域处的附加材料,该柱体不再存在;省去了该接触区中的袋子的袋层。改善了袋子的耐久性,有利于装置整体维护。
还可以减小设备的尺寸和体积。
在第二变体中,悬挂着的柔软袋的上部通过柱体而被提升。保留了消除慢性泄漏的优点。
在该变体中,柱体,尤其是圆柱形的柱体,有利地为可变形材质的,例如二氧化硅,或乙烯-丙烯·二烯单聚物(EPDM),以便柱体与在层状体各组成部分重量作用下的袋子的袋层相吻合。这一措施也具有限制慢性泄漏的性质。
根据本发明的另一些特征:
—钳夹部件包括至少一个永久磁体;
—钳夹部件包括至少一个通过电路的闭合而激活的电磁体;
—磁体与位于袋子另一侧的另一个磁体相配合;
—磁体与位于袋子另一侧的金属元件相配合;
本发明还涉及:
—两玻璃层之间的粘接中间层的排气方法,该方法采用了上述悬挂着的柔软袋;以及
—将该方法用于制造运输车辆的、拱形玻璃层的风挡玻璃。

具体实施方式
图1的装置包括一个由内袋层1和外袋层2构成的橡胶袋。
袋子的下部是密封封闭的,并且包围着构成挡风玻璃10的两玻璃层以及它们的PVB粘接中间层。
该装置包括用来固定住内袋层1的、以及可动地固定住外袋层2的部件3,还包括在挡风玻璃10的重量下可变形的EPDM材质的圆柱形柱体4。
柱体4将袋1,2的上部提起,以便通过两个袋层1,2的相互贴靠,在风挡玻璃10的重量作用下保证密封。
另一方面,该装置还包括用于未示出的钳夹部件的区域5,由40×20×5毫米的钕-铁-硼的磁体对构成。
如上所述,借助于部件3,外袋层2的固定是可动的,以便使在袋子的上部的开口畅通,由此引入挡风玻璃。
与越来越多地应用于运输车辆玻璃工业中的全景玻璃的日益增大的尺寸相适应,本发明的袋子可以具有很大的尺寸,这一尺寸可以达到2米×2米至3米×3米。

Claims (10)

1.一种悬挂着的柔软袋(1,2),用于在其下部密封地包围着层状体(10)的组成部分,尤其是两刚性层以及它们的粘接中间层,以便使这些组成部分经受20-120℃的热循环,以及对其施加低于大气压的压力,该袋子(1,2)连接于抽气管;其特征在于,该袋子(1,2)在其容纳层状体各组成部分的区域的上部设置有钳夹部件(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的悬挂着的柔软袋(1,2),其特征在于,在工作时袋子的上部没有通过柱体而被提升。
3.如权利要求1所述的悬挂着的柔软袋(1,2),其特征在于,在工作时袋子的上部通过柱体(4)而被提升。
4.如权利要求3所述的悬挂着的柔软袋(1,2),其特征在于,柱体(4)是可变形材质的,以便与在层状体(10)各组成部分重量作用下的袋层(1,2)相吻合。
5.如前面任一项权利要求所述的悬挂着的柔软袋(1,2),其特征在于,钳夹部件(5)包括至少一个永久磁体。
6.如前面任一项权利要求所述的所述的悬挂着的柔软袋(1,2),其特征在于,钳夹部件(5)包括至少一个通过电路的闭合而激活的电磁体。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的悬挂着的柔软袋(1,2),其特征在于,所述磁体与位于袋子(1,2)另一侧的另一个磁体相配合。
8.如权利要求5或6所述的悬挂着的柔软袋(1,2),其特征在于,所述磁体与位于袋子(1,2)另一侧的金属元件相配合。
9.两玻璃层之间的粘接中间层的排气方法,该方法采用了权利要求1所述的悬挂着的柔软袋(1,2)。
10.权利要求9所述的方法用于制造运输车辆的、拱形玻璃层的挡风玻璃的应用。
