Abstract
本发明提供了一种带孔的夹层玻璃的生产工艺,包括:将玻璃分别粘贴在PVB胶片的两面制得夹层玻璃,并在所述夹层玻璃上开设通孔;在带孔的所述夹层玻璃的周边套上橡胶圈,所述橡胶圈与抽真空装置连接;分别在带孔的所述夹层玻璃的两面的通孔处使用密封胶将真空袋膜粘在夹层玻璃的两面的通孔处,并使用透气毡将自制的透气嘴放在两固定的真空袋膜中间处并用密封胶密封好防止漏气,再用硅胶管接上透气嘴上,在与抽真空装置连接;开启抽真空装置,同时通过所述橡胶圈和所述透气嘴对带通孔的夹层玻璃进行抽真空,将夹层玻璃中的空气排净。本发明在预压阶段对玻璃开孔处同时密封,工艺简单且效果较好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于夹层玻璃加工技术领域,更具体涉及一种带孔夹层玻璃的生产工艺。
背景技术
钢化玻璃作为一种安全玻璃,其抗冲击强度和抗弯强度高,广泛应用于现代汽车的侧窗和后窗玻璃。然而,由于钢化玻璃易自爆,且不具有夹层玻璃的隔音、隔热、耐光、耐寒、透光率高、节能等优点,使用钢化玻璃作为汽车后窗玻璃,渐渐难以满足汽车用户对汽车舒适性、实用性的需求。
虽然夹层玻璃具有上述优点,但是并没有在汽车后挡上得到推广应用。这是因为,由于雨刮器等附件安装的需要,经常需要在汽车后挡上打孔,而带孔的夹层玻璃在套橡胶圈预压阶段,由于玻璃开孔处无法密封。这限制了夹层玻璃在汽车后挡上的应用推广,若能克服以上困难,其在汽车后挡领域的应用前景非常广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可完全排出空气的带孔夹层玻璃的生产工艺。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种带孔的夹层玻璃的生产工艺,包括:
将玻璃分别粘贴在PVB胶片的两面制得夹层玻璃,并在所述夹层玻璃上开设通孔;
在带孔的所述夹层玻璃的周边套上橡胶圈,所述橡胶圈与抽真空装置连接;
分别在带孔的所述夹层玻璃的两面的通孔处使用密封胶将真空袋膜粘在夹层玻璃的两面的通孔处,并使用透气毡将自制的透气嘴放在两固定的真空袋膜中间处并用密封胶密封好防止漏气,再用硅胶管接上透气嘴上,在与抽真空装置连接;
开启抽真空装置,同时通过所述透气嘴对带通孔的夹层玻璃进行抽真空,将夹层玻璃中的空气排净。
在一些实施方式中,所述透气嘴与所述抽真空装置连接。
其有益效果为:夹层玻璃在套橡胶圈连接负压后,玻璃开孔处安装透气嘴连接负压管,尽量从呈三明治状积层的玻璃和中间膜之间排出空气并密封周围,以防止在高压工序时热煤油或气泡浸入玻璃中去。使玻璃和膜片初步粘合在一起,高压时,各层间不至于有错动现象,使水分不会渗入叠片玻璃内部。本发明在预压阶段对玻璃开孔处同时密封,工艺简单且效果较好。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地显示了本发明的一种实施方式的带孔夹层玻璃的生产工艺。如图1所示,该带孔夹层玻璃的生产工艺包括:将玻璃3分别粘贴在PVB胶片4的两面制得夹层玻璃3,并在夹层玻璃3上开设通孔。通孔位于夹层玻璃3的中部。在带孔的夹层玻璃3的周边套上橡胶圈1,橡胶圈1与抽真空装置连接。橡胶圈1为环形状,夹层玻璃3的外边通过橡胶圈1的内环卡设在橡胶圈1内。夹层玻璃3的外边缘位于橡胶圈1内,不与橡胶圈1接触,由此使抽真空装置工作时,不会出现吸死的现象。橡胶圈1通过橡胶管与抽真空装置连接。分别在带孔的夹层玻璃3的两面的通孔使用密封胶将真空袋膜5粘在夹层玻璃的两面的通孔处,并使用透气毡6将自制的透气嘴7放在两固定的真空袋膜5中间处并用密封胶密封好防止漏气。再用硅胶管接上透气嘴7上,在与抽真空装置连接。开启抽真空装置,同时通过橡胶圈1和透气嘴7对带通孔的夹层玻璃3进行抽真空,将夹层玻璃3中的空气排净。夹层玻璃3在套橡胶圈1连接负压后,夹层玻璃3开孔处安装透气嘴连接负压管,尽量从呈三明治状积层的玻璃3和中间膜之间排出空气并密封周围,以防止在高压工序时热煤油或气泡浸入玻璃3中去。使玻璃3和膜片初步粘合在一起,高压时,各层间不至于有错动现象,使水分不会渗入叠片玻璃3内部。本发明在预压阶段对玻璃3开孔处同时密封,工艺简单且效果较好。
以上的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种带孔的夹层玻璃的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括:
将玻璃分别粘贴在PVB胶片的两面制得夹层玻璃,并在所述夹层玻璃上开设通孔;
在带孔的所述夹层玻璃的周边套上橡胶圈,所述橡胶圈与抽真空装置连接;
分别在带孔的所述夹层玻璃的两面通孔处使用密封胶将真空袋膜粘在夹层玻璃的两面的通孔处,并使用透气毡将透气嘴放在两固定的真空袋膜中间处并用密封胶密封好防止漏气,再用硅胶管接上透气嘴上,在与抽真空装置连接;
开启抽真空装置,同时通过所述橡胶圈和所述透气嘴对带通孔的夹层玻璃进行抽真空,将夹层玻璃中的空气排净。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带孔的夹层玻璃的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈为环形状,所述夹层玻璃的外边通过所述橡胶圈的内环卡设在所述橡胶圈内,所述夹层玻璃的外边不与橡胶圈接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带孔的夹层玻璃的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈通过橡胶管与所述抽真空装置连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带孔的夹层玻璃的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述透气嘴通过橡胶管与所述抽真空装置连接。
