Claims (7)
- キャビティを有する物品を製造する方法であって、
コアを備える型が物品材料で充填され、該物品材料は前記コアの周りで硬化されて前記物品を形成し、前記コアは前記凝固した物品から除去され、
前記コアは、イットリア正方晶ジルコニア多結晶体材料(Y−TZP)又は部分安定化ジルコニア(PSZ)から成り、前記硬化段階の後、前記コアは蒸気環境に晒され、然る後、前記コアは前記物品から除去されることを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記コアは、少なくとも100℃、好ましくは、少なくとも200℃で前記蒸気環境に晒されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コアは、少なくとも1時間に亘って、好ましくは、少なくとも3時間に亘って前記蒸気環境に晒されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記型は溶融金属材料で充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記型は金属粉末で充填され、該金属粉末は、静水圧プレス成形プロセスによって前記コアについて硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 鋳造プロセス又は静水圧プレス成形プロセスにおける使用のためのコアであって、当該コアは、イットリア正方晶ジルコニア多結晶体材料(Y−TZP)又は部分安定化ジルコニア(PSZ)から成ることを特徴とする、コア。
- 鋳造又は静水圧プレス成形において使用されるコアのための材料としてのイットリア正方晶ジルコニア多結晶体材料(Y−TZP)又は部分安定化ジルコニア(PSZ)の使用。
