Claims (10)

  1. 部品(10)を製作する方法であって、
    少なくとも1つの内部キャビティと前記部品(10)の少なくとも1つの内部冷却回路に一致する内部構造とを含む一体成形の犠牲ダイを形成する段階と、
    前記ダイの少なくとも1つのキャビティ内にセラミック及びキャリヤ流体を含むセラミックスラリーを導入する段階と、
    前記スラリーを硬化させてセラミック鋳造コアを形成する段階と、
    前記セラミック鋳造コアを完全な状態に残しながら前記犠牲ダイを破壊するようになった環境に該ダイを曝すことによって、前記犠牲ダイを除去する段階と、
    前記セラミック鋳造コアをモールドコア組立体の一部として用いてインベストメント鋳造プロセスを実行して少なくとも1つの内部冷却通路(40)を含む前記部品(10)を形成する段階と、
    を含む方法。
  2. 前記一体成形の犠牲ダイを形成する段階が、少なくとも1つの追加層製造プロセスによって前記ダイを製作する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
  3. 前記追加層製造プロセスが光造形法、マイクロペン被着、選択レーザ燒結及びレーザワイヤ溶着のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項2記載の方法。
  4. 前記ダイが、エポキシ、シリコーン及び金属からなる群から選定された少なくとも1つの犠牲材料を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
  5. 前記セラミックスラリーが、アルミナ、イットリア、セリア、ジルコニア、マグネシア及びカルシアのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
  6. 前記部品(10)が、外部壁(20)と該外部壁(20)から間隔を置いた状態で配置された少なくとも1つの内部壁(30)とを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
  7. 前記スラリーを導入する段階が、射出成形装置を作動させて前記ダイのキャビティ内にスラリーを導入する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
  8. 前記硬化させる段階が、前記スラリーを加熱して前記キャリヤ流体を蒸発させる段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
  9. 前記ダイを除去する段階がダイを加熱する段階、前記ダイを除去する段階がダイを溶剤中で溶解させる段階、又は前記ダイを除去する段階がダイを化学的に除去する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
  10. 前記部品(10)がタービン組立体用の部品である、請求項1に記載の方法であって、
    光造形法を用いて少なくとも1つの内部キャビティを含む一体成形の犠牲ダイを形成する段階と、
    を更に含み、
    前記部品(10)が、外部壁(20)と該外部壁(20)から間隔を置いた状態で配置された少なくとも1つの内部壁(30)とを含み、かつ前記少なくとも1つの冷却通路(40)前記外部壁(20)と前記内部壁(30)との間に配置されている、方法。
