Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 回転可能なフラッパバルブを導管の内部に取り付ける方法であって、
バルブプレートをバルブ回転軸に固定するステップと、
第1および第2の導管部材を選択するステップと、
上記第1および第2の導管部材の第1の端部にフレア加工を施すステップと、
上記第1の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部において第1および第2の窪みを形成するステップと、
上記第1の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部における上記第1および第2の窪みと位置を揃えるように、上記第2の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部において第1および第2の窪みを形成するステップと、
上記第1の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部における上記第1および第2の窪みに上記バルブ回転軸を配置するステップと、
上記回転軸を部分的に取り囲むために、上記第2の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部における上記第1および第2の窪みが、上記第1の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部の上記第1および第2の窪みと位置を揃えるように、上記第1の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部と関連して上記第2の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部を配置するステップと、
上記第1の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部を上記第2の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部に固定するステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 上記バルブ回転軸を上記第1の導管部材の上記第1および第2の窪みに配置するステップより前に、第1および第2の軸受筒を上記バルブ回転軸の対向している端部に配置するステップを更に含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 上記第1の導管部材を上記第2の導管部材に固定するステップより前に、上記第1および第2の導管部材の何れかを上記第1のフレア加工された端部にノッチを形成するステップを更に含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 上記バルブプレートは、溶接によって上記バルブ回転軸に固定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 上記第1の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部は、溶接によって上記第2の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部に固定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 上記第1および第2の導管部材の上記第1の端部は、おおよそ45度のフレア加工が施されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 上記第1の導管部材における上記第1および第2の窪みは、円筒形状のラムを用いて略同時に形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 上記第2の導管部材における上記第1および第2の窪みは、円筒形状のラムを用いて略同時に形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 上記第1の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部を上記第2の導管部材の上記第1のフレア加工された端部に溶接するステップより前に、上記第1および第2の導管部材の何れか1つの上記第1のフレア加工された端部においてノッチを形成するステップを更に含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
