Abstract
本発明は、改良された真空資材取扱装置に関する。前記改良された真空資材取扱装置は、フレームと、前記フレームに搭載された内蔵駆動エンジンと、前記フレームに搭載された内蔵真空ポンプと、前記フレームに搭載された内蔵油圧ポンプと、前記フレームに搭載され前記真空ポンプにより駆動される油圧回転子と、を含んで構成される。前記フレームは、一体化されたフォークリフトラグをさらに備える。

Claims (13)
- フレームと、
前記フレームに搭載された内蔵駆動エンジンと、
前記フレームに搭載された内蔵真空ポンプと、
前記フレームに搭載された内蔵油圧ポンプと、
前記フレームに搭載され前記油圧ポンプにより駆動される油圧回転子と、
を含んで構成された真空資材取扱装置。 - 前記内蔵駆動エンジンは、内燃機関を含んで構成された請求項1に記載の真空資材取扱装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、ディーゼルエンジンを含んで構成された請求項2に記載の真空資材取扱装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、ガソリンエンジンを含んで構成された請求項2に記載の真空資材取扱装置。
- 入力シャフトと、第1出力シャフトと、第2出力シャフトとを有する変速機をさらに備え、
前記入力シャフトは、エンジン出力シャフトと連結され、
前記第1出力シャフトは真空ポンプ入力シャフトと連結され、
前記第2出力シャフトは油圧ポンプ入力シャフトと連結される請求項1に記載の真空資材取扱装置。 - 前記フレームは、一対のフォークリフトラグを含んで構成された請求項1に記載の真空資材取扱装置。
- 冷却用空気を前記内蔵駆動エンジンから前記真空ポンプへ誘導するダクトをさらに含んで構成された請求項1に記載の真空資材取扱装置。
- 冷却用空気を前記内蔵駆動エンジンから前記内蔵油圧ポンプへ誘導するダクトをさらに含んで構成された請求項1に記載の真空資材取扱装置。
- 前記油圧ポンプと流体的に連結された油圧油溜めをさらに含んで構成され、
前記油圧油溜めは、前記フレーム上にて前記油圧ポンプより上方に搭載された請求項1に記載の真空資材取扱装置。 - 前記フレームに一体化された油圧油冷却ループをさらに含んで構成された請求項1に記載の真空資材取扱装置。
- 前記フレームは、前記フレームを横切って延びる少なくとも1つの底部部材を含んで構成され、
前記底部部材は、前記油圧ポンプと流体的に連結された1つもしくは複数の通路を有する請求項10に記載の真空資材取扱装置。 - 前記通路内に1つもしくは複数のバッフルをさらに含んで構成された請求項11に記載の真空資材取扱装置。
- 油圧供給手段を有する機材に搭載される真空資材取扱装置であって、
フレームと、
油圧モーターにより駆動される内蔵真空ポンプと、
油圧作動回転子と、
前記油圧供給手段と接続可能であり、前記油圧モーター及び前記油圧作動回転子と流体的に連結された油圧供給配管及び油圧戻り配管と、
を含んで構成された真空資材取扱装置。
