Abstract

Description
暴露後に残っている強度によって示される、UV感受性に対するPLA含量の影響を調べるために3種類の物質を試験した。
第一サンプルは、PLAグレード2002D(NatureWorks製)100%を含んでいた。
第二サンプルは、PLAグレード2002D(NatureWorks製)95重量%と脂肪族−芳香族コポリエステル(BASF製のEcoflex(商品名) F BX7011)5重量%との混合物であった。
第三サンプルは、PLAグレード2002D(NatureWorks製)75重量%と脂肪族−芳香族コポリエステル(BASF製のEcoflex(商品名) F BX7011)25重量%であった。
100%PLA(Tg=65℃およびTm=150℃)からフィルムが押出成形され、次いでテープ状に切断された。これらのテープは、次いで、100℃の温度を使用して単一延伸工程で1:6〜1:8.5の比で延伸された。こうして得られたテープの特性を表1に示す。
80℃の延伸温度および1:7の延伸比を使用して実施例1を繰り返した。得られテープを、フィブリル化ローラーを使用し、10本/cmおよび1.6のFRでフィブリル化した。こうして得られたフィブリル化テープの特性を表2に示す。
100%PLA(Tg=55〜60℃およびTm=160〜170℃)からフィルムが押出成形され、次いでテープ状に切断された。これらのテープは、次いで、第一延伸工程を使用して1:3.6の延伸比に第一延伸され、次いで、第二延伸工程を使用して1:7.8の総延伸比に延伸された。第一および第二延伸工程の延伸温度はそれぞれ80℃および100℃であった。延伸後、得られたテープを、フィブリル化ローラーを使用し、5本/cmおよび1.4のFRでフィブリル化した。こうして得られたフィブリル化テープの1つを捩ってヤーンにした。捩っていないフィブリル化テープおよびヤーンの特性を表4に示す。
98%PLA(Tg=55〜60℃およびTm=145〜155℃)および2%の可塑剤を含む混合物からフィルムが押出成形され、次いでテープ状に切断された。これらのテープは、最初に、第一延伸工程を使用して1:4の延伸比に第一延伸され、次いで、第二延伸工程を使用して1:10.2の総延伸比に延伸された。第一および第二延伸工程の延伸温度はそれぞれ90℃および110℃であった。延伸後、得られたテープを、フィブリル化ローラーを使用し、5本/cmおよび1.9のFRでフィブリル化した。こうして得られたフィブリル化テープの特性を表5に示す。
100%PLA(Tg=55〜60℃およびTm=145〜155℃)を含むフィルムがインフレーション法により製造され、次いでテープ状に切断された。上記フィルムは、1:1.2のブローアップ比を有した。これらのテープは、第一延伸工程を使用して1:4の延伸比に第一延伸され、次いで、第二延伸工程を使用して1:10.2の総延伸比に延伸された。第一および第二延伸工程の延伸温度はそれぞれ100℃および110℃であった。延伸後、得られたテープを、フィブリル化ローラーを使用し、20本/cmおよび1.6のFRでフィブリル化した。こうして得られたテープの特性を表6に示す。
この実施例は、延伸処方の機械的特性、例えば、引張強さ、破断時の伸びおよびエネルギー吸収、に対する影響を示す。
100%PLAサンプル(グレード2002D、NatureWorks製)を下記表7に示す種々の延伸順序に付した。引張強さおよび破断時の伸びは、上述した方法を使用して測定された。また、比較のために、エネルギー吸収を、応力−歪み曲線の下の面積として定義した。
この実施例は、本発明の物質のクリープを、ポリプロピレンに関して得られた値(参照)と比較する。100%PLAグレード2002D(NatureWorks製)およびPPグレード040−G1E(Repsol製)の種々のサンプルをそれぞれ、破断負荷(BL)の20%および40%の負荷に付した。クリープを長時間にわたって測定した。結果を表8に示す。
実施例6のサンプルの自由収縮を、Testrite法を使用し、2分の収縮時間および88mNの力で測定した。
Claims (13)
- ポリ乳酸(PLA)を含み、少なくとも機械方向に少なくとも1:4の総延伸比で延伸された、テープ、フィルムまたはヤーンのようなひも様製品。
- 機械方向に少なくとも1:4の総延伸比(X)で延伸され、機械方向に対して直角の方向に最大で1:1.5の総延伸比(Y)で延伸され、二軸延伸比アスペクト(X/Y)が最小で2.7である、請求項1記載の製品。
- 製品の97重量%より多くがPLAである、請求項1または2記載の製品。
- 150MPa以上の引張強度、典型的には7〜25%の、好ましくは10〜15%の伸び、および3GPa以上のE−モジュラスを有する請求項1記載の製品。
- 該PLAが少なくとも60℃のTgを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の製品。
- 該PLAが160℃未満のTmを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の製品。
- その長さの少なくとも一部および/またはその周囲の少なくとも一部がフィブリル化されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の製品。
- 少なくとも1:4の機械方向の総延伸比(X)が、1より多い延伸工程によって得られる、ここで、第一の延伸工程で、機械方向の延伸比が1:4より下であり、第二以降の延伸工程が、1:4より大きい機械方向の総延伸比で行われる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の製品。
- 機械方向の延伸比(X)が1:5〜1:8、より好ましくは1:6〜1.8である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の製品。
- 下記工程:
PLA物質を押出機に供給すること、
押し出されたPLA物質を15〜45℃、好ましくは30〜35℃の温度に冷却すること、
所望により、上記冷却された物質を2以上の細片に切断すること、
第一延伸工程、ここで、上記物質が第一ローラーに供給され、次いで第一オーブンに供給され、ここで典型的には75〜95℃、好ましくは80〜90℃の温度に加熱され、次いで第二ローラーに供給される、ここで第二ローラーのローラー速度が第一ローラーのローラー速度より高い、および
第二延伸工程、ここで、上記物質が第三ローラーに供給され、次いで第二オーブンに供給され、ここで典型的には95〜120℃、好ましくは100〜110℃の温度に加熱され、次いで第四ローラーに供給される、ここで第四ローラーの速度が第三ローラーの速度より高い、
を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の製品を製造する方法。 - インフレーション工程を含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の製品を園芸において使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の製品を少なくとも80重量%含むロープ。
