Description
Claims (17)
- 被制振筐体であって、側壁と、前記筐体を横切って延在し、第1及び第2の側壁の内面部分に取り付けられる制振板構造体とを備える被制振筐体において、前記制振板構造体(2)は、2つの剛性層(13,14)に挟まれた非剛性層(12)を備え、前記第1及び第2の側壁(5,6;22,23)間の各剛性層は、当該剛性層(13,14)を貫通する少なくとも1つの切れ目(15,16)を備え、前記切れ目(15,16)は、前記第1及び第2の側壁(5,6)間の各剛性層の延在を不連続する被制振筐体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切れ目(15,16)は、少なくとも部分的に、隣接する非剛性層(12)も貫通して延在している請求項1に記載の筐体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切れ目(15,16)は、前記隣接する非剛性層(12)全体を貫通して延在している請求項2に記載の筐体。
- 前記制振板は、3つ以上の剛性層と、それらの間の非剛性層とを備える請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の筐体。
- 前記切れ目は、前記制振板の全幅にわたって延在している請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の筐体。
- 前記剛性層(13,14)の材料の剛性(ヤング率)は、前記非剛性層の少なくとも10倍である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の筐体。
- 前記非剛性層(12)は、エラストマーを含む請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の筐体。
- 前記非剛性層(12)は、粘弾性を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の筐体。
- 各剛性層(13,14)は、金属又は合金シートを含む請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の筐体。
- 前記金属は、鋼又はアルミニウムである請求項9に記載の筐体。
- 前記制振板構造体(2)は、2つの鋼シートに取り付けられたゴム層を備える請求項10に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体の前記対向する側壁(5,6;22,23)は、前記制振板構造体(2)のための締結手段(7,8)を備える請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体は、自動車用物品である請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の筐体。
- 前記自動車用物品は、オイルパン、又はエンジンハウジング、又はチェーンドライブハウジング、又はタイミングベルトカバー、又はトランスミッションカバー、又はバルブカバー、又はカムカバーである請求項13に記載の筐体。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の被制振筐体を備える内燃機関エンジンブロック組立体。
- 前記制振板構造体(2)は、燃焼機関内の対向する側壁(22,23)に取り付けられ、加えて、取付手段(21)によって、クランクシャフト軸受の少なくとも1つのベアリングキャップ(20)に取り付けられ、各側壁とベアリングキャップ(20)への各取付手段(21)との間の各剛性層の延在が、不連続である請求項15に記載の組立体。
- 筐体、特に自動車用筐体物品の制振のための、2つの剛性層(13,14)間に挟まれた非剛性層(12)を備える制振板構造体(2)の使用であって、各剛性層は、少なくとも1つの切れ目(15,16)を備え、それにより、前記第1及び第2の側壁(5,6;22,23)の間の各剛性層の延在が不連続になっている制振板構造体(2)の使用。
