シス−2−ブテン1〜50質量%、
トランス−2−ブテン1〜99質量%、
イソブテン1〜5質量%。
イソブタン、n−ブタン26質量%、
イソブテン1質量%、
1−ブテン26質量%、
トランス−2−ブテン31質量%、
シス−2−ブテン16質量%。
ドイツ連邦共和国特許第4339713号明細書に記載されたような3*3mmの固体ペレット(質量%での組成:NiO50%、TiO12.5%、SiO233.5%、Al2O34%)を形成する材料100 lを、次の例1および2において触媒として利用した。
イソブタン:5質量%、
n−ブタン:18質量%、
イソブテン:2質量%、
ブテン−1:31質量%、
ブテン−2−トランス:28質量%、
ブテン−2−シス:16質量%。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つのC2〜C8オレフィンとニッケル含有不均質触媒との接触によってオレフィンをオリゴマー化する方法において、流出する不活性ガス流が1000ppm未満の含水量を有するまで、触媒をオレフィンとの接触前に触媒上に不活性ガス流を通過させることによって状態調節することを特徴とする、オレフィンをオリゴマー化する方法。
- 流出する不活性ガス流は、500ppm未満の含水量を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 不活性ガスは窒素である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 流入する不活性ガス流は、100ppm未満の含水量を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 触媒を100〜500℃の温度で状態調節する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 触媒を0.9〜1.5バールの圧力で状態調節する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 触媒床1 l当たり不活性ガス50〜500Nl/hを触媒上に通過させる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- オレフィンは、n−ブテンおよび/またはn−ペンテンを含む、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- オレフィンを20〜300℃の温度および1〜100バールの圧力で触媒と接触させる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 触媒は、本質的にNiO、SiO2、TiO2および/またはZrO2ならびに場合によってはAl2O3からなる、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 触媒は、本質的な活性成分として酸化ニッケル10〜70質量%、二酸化チタンおよび/または二酸化ジルコニウム5〜30質量%、酸化アルミニウム0〜20質量%および残分として二酸化珪素を含有する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 形成されたオレフィン三量体とオレフィン二量体に形成される高級オリゴマーとの質量比は、0.2を上廻る、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
