    前記部材の第一の組前記遠位端同士連結する第一のクロスバーと、
    近位と遠位端と規定する伸部材の第二の組であって部材の第二の組前記近位が、前記第二のらせん型バックボーンに連結するとともに、前記第二らせん型バックボーンから円周方向に前記第一のらせん型バックボーンの前記スロットを通過して延び前記伸長部材の第二の組が、互いに対して軸方向にオフセットされているとともに、前記部材の第一の組ら軸方向にオフセットされている、部材の第二の組と
    前記部材の第二の組前記遠位端同士連結する第二のクロスバーと、

  2. 請求項1に記載のステントであって、前記第一および第二のクロスバーが、それぞれ窪み部分を有し前記第一クロスバーの前記窪み部分前記第二の組の一方の前記伸長部材が前記第一クロスバーの前記窪み部分に少なくとも部分的に配置できるように構成され、前記第二クロスバーの前記窪み部分は、該窪み部分に前記第一の組の一方の前記伸長部材を少なくとも部分的に受れるように構成されているステント。
  3. 請求項2に記載のステントであって、前記第一および第二クロスバーの前記窪み部分が、それぞれ前記第二および第一の組の前記一方の伸材に対して半径方向内側に窪んでいるステント。
  4. 請求項2に記載のステントであって、前記第一および第二クロスバーの前記窪み部分が、それぞれ前記第二および第一の組の前記一方の伸材に対して半径方向外側に窪んでいるステント。
  5. 請求項1に記載にステントであって、前記伸長部材の第一の組は、前記第一のクロスバーと前記伸長部材の第一の組の前記遠位端との連結がテール結合を形成するように、前記第一らせん型バックボーンと一体となって形成されている、ステント。
  6. 請求項1に記載のステントであって、前記部材の第二の組は、前記第二のクロスバーと前記伸長部材の第二の組の前記遠位端との連結がテール結合を形成するように、前記第二らせん型バックボーンと一体となって形成されている、ステント。
  7. 請求項1に記載のステントであって、前記第一クロスバー前記部材の第一の組と一体となって形成されている、ステント。
  8. 請求項1に記載にステントであって、前記第二クロスバー前記部材の第二の組と一体となって形成されている、ステント。
  9. 請求項1に記載のステントであって、前記部材の第一の組は、該伸長部材の第一の組と前記第一のらせん型バックボーンとの連結がコア結合中間レール結合とのいずれかを形成するように前記第一らせん型バックボーンとは別々に形成されている、ステント。
  10. 請求項9に記載のステントであって、前記部材の第二の組は、該伸長部材の第二の組と前記第二のらせん型バックボーンとの連結がコア結合中間レール結合のいずれかを形成するように、前記二のらせん型バックボーンとは別々に形成されている、ステント。
  11. 請求項1に記載のステントであって、前記部材が、前記スロットに係合して前記スロットの一方向の拡張を提供する1つ以上の歯を有する、ステント。
  12. 請求項11に記載のステントであって、前記各スロットが、中央通路と、前記伸長部材の前記歯に係合する少なくともつの内部窪み部分とを有する、ステント。
  13. 請求項12に記載のステント形成する方法であって、前記バックボーンにおいて、前記ステントの円周方向に第一通過穴としての前記中央通路を形成することと前記バックボーンにおいて、前記中央通路の前記円周方向に対して横方向に、第二通過穴としての前記少なくともつの内部窪み部分を形成することであって、前記第一の通過穴と前記第二の通過穴とが部分的にオーバーラップするように、前記少なくとも1つの内部窪み部分を形成することと、を有する方法。

  15. 拡張可能なスライドアンドロックポリマーステントを形成するラジアル要素であって、ラジアル要素が、
    続的スロットが形成されたらせん型バックボーン部材であって、複数の係合スロットと複数の接続スロットとを有し少なくとも1つの係合スロットが、前記バックボーンに沿って連続した接スロット同士の間に間隔をおいて配置され該各らせん型バックボーン部材が長手方向軸を概ね規定する、らせん型バックボーン部材と
    近位部分と遠位部分と有する複数の伸肋骨要素であって前記近位部分が、連続的にスロットが形成され前記バックボーン部材の1つ以上の接続スロットと相互接続可能であり前記各肋骨要素が、前記長手方向の周りにほぼ円周方向に配置可であるとともに前記らせん型バックボーン部材に対して垂直ではない角度で固定係合してい、複数の伸長肋骨要素と
