Claims (10)
- 駆動軸を有する内燃エンジンと、
モータとして及び発電機として運転可能な、ステータ(34)並びにロータ(35)を有する電気モータ(EM)と、
入力軸(17)と出力軸(18)とを有する遊星歯車式多段自動変速機(1)と、
を備え、
前記内燃エンジンの駆動軸は、制御可能な分離クラッチ(K1)を介して、前記自動変速機(1)の入力軸(17)と接続可能であり、
前記電気モータ(EM)は、前記入力軸(17)上に同軸に配置されており、
前記電気モータ(EM)のロータ(35)は、前記入力軸(17)と永続的に駆動接続状態にあり、
前記電気モータ(EM)のロータ(35)は、前記自動変速機(1)の前記入力軸(17)と、高いギヤ比(iEK>1)の入力ギヤ段(36)を介して、駆動接続状態にあり、
前記入力ギヤ段(36)は、太陽歯車(37)と、遊星キャリヤ(39)上に周側に分布するように配置され回転可能に軸支され前記太陽歯車(37)と噛み合い状態の複数の遊星歯車(38)と、当該複数の遊星歯車(38)と噛み合い状態の内歯歯車(40)と、を有するシングルタイプの遊星歯車セットとして、形成されており、
前記太陽歯車(37)は、ハウジング固定の構造部品(33)に対して、ロックされており、
前記内歯歯車(40)は、前記電気モータ(EM)のロータ(35)に対して、回転しないように結合されており、
前記遊星キャリヤ(39)は、前記自動変速機(1)の前記入力軸(17)に対して、回転しないように結合されている
ことを特徴とする自動車のハイブリッド動力伝達系。 - 制御可能な第2分離クラッチ(K2)が設けられており、それによって、前記内燃エンジンの駆動軸が、前記入力ギヤ段(36)の前記内歯歯車(40)と接続可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド動力伝達系。 - 前記電気モータ(EM)、前記分離クラッチ(K1、K2)及び前記入力ギヤ段(36)は、互いに同軸に、且つ、前記内燃エンジンの前記駆動軸と前記自動変速機(1)の前記入力軸(17)とに同軸に、配置されており、事前取付可能なバイブリッドモジュール(30、30’)内に、入力要素(31)、出力要素(32)及びモジュールハウジング(33)と共に一体化されており、
前記入力要素(31)は、前記内燃エンジンの前記駆動軸と回転しないように結合されており、
前記出力要素(32)は、前記自動変速機(1)の前記入力軸(17)と回転しないように結合されており、
流体トルクコンバータ(20)のサイズが、維持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド動力伝達系。 - 前記電気モータ(EM)は、インナーロータとして、径方向にステータ(34)の内側に配置されたロータ(35)とともに形成されており、
少なくとも一つの前記分離クラッチ(K1、K2)は、内燃エンジン側に配置されており、
前記入力ギヤ段(36)は、変速機側に、少なくとも径方向にロータ(35)の内側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド動力伝達系。 - 少なくとも一つの前記分離クラッチ(K1、K2)は、各々一つのインナーディスクキャリヤ(41、43;46、48)とアウターディスクキャリヤ(42、44;47、49)とを有するディスククラッチとして形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド動力伝達系。 - 二つの分離クラッチ(K1、K2)が、軸方向に互いに隣接して配置されており、
二つの分離クラッチ(K1、K2)のインナーディスクキャリヤ(41、43)が、互いに結合され、且つ、ハイブリッドモジュール(30’)の入力要素(31)に結合されており、
第1分離クラッチ(K1)のアウターディスクキャリヤ(42)は、前記入力ギヤ段(36)あるいは前記ハイブリッドモジュール(30’)の出力要素(39、32)に結合されており、
第2分離クラッチ(K2)のアウターディスクキャリヤ(44)は、前記入力ギヤ段(36)の内歯歯車(40)に結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド動力伝達系。 - 二つの分離クラッチ(K1、K2)が、径方向外側に第2分離クラッチ(K2)が位置するように、互いに同軸に配置されており、
第1分離クラッチ(K1)のインナーディスクキャリヤ(47)と第2分離クラッチ(K2)のインナーディスクキャリヤ(48)とが、互いに結合され、且つ、ハイブリッドモジュール(30’)の入力要素(31)に結合されており、
第1分離クラッチ(K1)のアウターディスクキャリヤ(46)は、前記入力ギヤ段(36)あるいは前記ハイブリッドモジュール(30’)の出力要素(39、32)に結合されており、
第2分離クラッチ(K2)のアウターディスクキャリヤ(49)は、前記入力ギヤ段(36)の内歯歯車(40)に結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド動力伝達系。 - 前記ハイブリッドモジュール(30、30’)の入力要素(31)は、互いのねじれが制限された二つの構成部品(31a、13b)からなり、それらは、ねじれ振動ダンパ(45)を介して互いに接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド動力伝達系。 - 前記電気モータ(EM)のロータ(35)は、固定軸受と可動軸受とで構成される二面軸受(Zweipunktlagerung) を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド動力伝達系。 - 前記ロータ(35)の固定軸受は、転がり軸受によって形成されており、
当該転がり軸受は、内燃エンジン側で、ロータ固定の構成部品と、モジュールハウジング(33)に結合された構成部品と、の間に配置されており、
前記ロータ(35)の可動軸受は、前記入力ギヤ段(36)の構成部品(37、38、39、40)の歯と軸受とによって形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のハイブリッド動力伝達系。
