技术领域
本发明属于汽车油电混动动力技术领域,具体涉及一种与飞轮电池一体化的功率分流式油电混合动力系统。
背景技术
行星耦合式功率分流无级传动系统是指利用行星机构将发动机所传递出的功率分流为机械和电气两条路径进行传递,并最终汇流驱动汽车的变速装置。该系统实现了发动机和负载的解耦,既保证发动机工作在效率较高的区域,又充分利用机械功率流传递效率、可靠性高的优点。行星耦合式功率分流混合动力系统可分为输入式、输出式和复合式三种,三种结构分别有各自不同的使用速比范围。具体的,输入分流式系统和输出分流式系统分别在高速时和低速时会功率循环,效率较低;复合分流系统的高效速比范围也不足以覆盖车辆正常行驶时需要的传动比区间。
飞轮储能系统的基本原理是:充电时外界输入电能,飞轮转子在电动机驱动下将电能转化为高速转动的飞轮转子的动能储存起来;放电时高速旋转的飞轮转子带动发电机发电,电能经过电力电子系统变换后提供稳定电压供给外部负载。
目前飞轮电池用于电动汽车领域主要用于长时间稳定储能的场合,这就对降低飞轮电池的摩擦损耗及风损提出了很高的要求,因此常需配备磁悬浮轴承、真空室等造价很高的部件。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种与飞轮电池一体化的功率分流式油电混合动力系统,具有输入分流和复合分流两种模式,并且将飞轮电池融入功率分流式混合动力系统,将其作为短时间高效的储能单元,可保证混合动力系统在全速比范围内具有很高的传动效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种与飞轮电池一体化的功率分流式油电混合动力系统,包括初级行星架6,初级行星架6和内燃发动机1的输出轴连接,初级行星架6上对称安装四个初级行星轮8,初级行星轮8内、外侧分别与初级太阳轮7、初级内齿圈9配合,初级内齿圈9上对称安装四个次级行星轮11,次级行星轮11内、外侧分别与次级太阳轮10、次级内齿圈12配合,次级行星轮11安装在次级行星架13上,次级行星架13通过第一离合器14与末级行星轮17、末级行星架18连接,末级行星轮17内、外侧分别与末级太阳轮19、末级内齿圈16连接,末级内齿圈16通过第二离合器15与外界固定端连接;
次级内齿圈12与飞轮电池单元中的电机转子4连接,电机转子4内侧为电机定子5,电机定子5和电机转子4构成第一伺服电机,电机转子4通过磁粉离合器3与飞轮2连接;
初级太阳轮7、次级太阳轮10和末级太阳轮19依次安装在第二伺服电机20的输出轴上,行星耦合装置中的末级行星架18是动力的输出端口。
所述的与飞轮电池一体化的功率分流式油电混合动力系统具有输入分流和复合分流两种工作模式,在复合分流工作模式时,第一离合器14连接,第二离合器15断开;在输入分流工作模式时,第一离合器14断开,第二离合器15连接;车辆正在行驶时,磁粉离合器3断开,第一伺服电机作为调速电机参与混合动力系统的运行;当车辆处于减速制动或起步场合时,磁粉离合器3连接,第一伺服电机的电机转子4与飞轮2连接为一体作为能量储存单元或能量释放单元。
所述的末级行星架18作为输出端口,根据需要选择齿轮、链轮或带轮。
本发明的有益效果:采用伺服电机与行星耦合装置集成设计,机电一体化程度高,结构紧凑,可通过控制第一离合器14和第二离合器15的状态实现输入分流和复合分流两种模式,使得装置共有三个机械点,混合动力系统在全速比范围内具有很高的效率;将飞轮电池与功率分流式混合动力系统一体化设计,充分利用飞轮系统短时能量储存的高效性和快速性,大大提高车辆的动力性能,并在车辆制动时回收尽可能多的能量。

如图1所示,一种与飞轮电池一体化的功率分流式油电混合动力系统,包括行星耦合装置,行星耦合装置包含三级行星齿轮传动机构,行星耦合装置的初级行星架6和内燃发动机1的输出轴连接,初级行星架6上对称安装四个初级行星轮8,初级行星轮8内、外侧分别与初级太阳轮7、初级内齿圈9配合,初级内齿圈9上对称安装四个次级行星轮11,次级行星轮11内、外侧分别与次级太阳轮10、次级内齿圈12配合,次级行星轮11安装在次级行星架13上,次级行星架13通过第一离合器14与末级行星轮17、末级行星架18连接,末级行星轮17内、外侧分别与末级太阳轮19、末级内齿圈16连接,末级内齿圈16通过第二离合器15与外界固定端连接;
次级内齿圈12与飞轮电池单元中的电机转子4连接,电机转子4内侧为电机定子5,电机定子5和电机转子4构成第一伺服电机,电机转子4通过磁粉离合器3与飞轮2连接;

车辆在低速运行时,系统工作在输入分流工作模式时,第一离合器14断开,第二离合器15连接,磁粉离合器3断开,第一伺服电机作为伺服调速装置与次级内齿圈12连接;车辆速度超过模式切换点时,第一离合器14连接,第二离合器15断开,磁粉离合器3保持断开状态,系统切换至复合分流工作模式;当车辆需减速制动时,磁粉离合器3连接,第一伺服电机的电机转子4与飞轮2柔性连接直至转速相同,飞轮电池单元工作在储能模式;当车辆由静止起步时,飞轮电池单元工作在能量释放模式,提供的能量一部分以机械能方式输出加速车辆,另一部分发电以电能的形式驱动第二伺服电机20或储存,直至系统不再需要飞轮储能系统提供能量或飞轮电池能量释放完,磁粉离合器3断开,系统继续以输入分流模式运行。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种与飞轮电池一体化的功率分流式油电混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述的与飞轮电池一体化的功率分流式油电混合动力系统具有输入分流和复合分流两种工作模式,在复合分流工作模式时,第一离合器(14)连接,第二离合器(15)断开;在输入分流工作模式时,第一离合器(14)断开,第二离合器(15)连接;车辆正在行驶时,磁粉离合器(3)断开,第一伺服电机作为调速电机参与混合动力系统的运行;当车辆处于减速制动或起步场合时,磁粉离合器(3)连接,第一伺服电机的电机转子(4)与飞轮(2)连接为一体作为能量储存单元或能量释放单元。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种与飞轮电池一体化的功率分流式油电混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述的末级行星架(18)作为输出端口,根据需要选择齿轮、链轮或带轮。
