Abstract

本发明提供了一种使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,它包括动力耦合装置、发动机、发电机、主驱动电机、动力电池、第一电机控制器、第二电机控制器和输出轴,其中的动力耦合装置包括前排行星齿轮机构、后排行星齿轮机构、第一模式离合器和第二模式离合器。本发明通过两个模式离合器的分离、结合实现一种纯电动模式和两种混合动力模式,通过前后排断开解决了原有双行星排系统纯电动效率低下的问题;通过双模切换解决了原有双行星排系统爬坡性能不足的问题。通过双模切换解决了原有行星排混合动力系统高速行驶过程中发电机反转形成功率循环导致系统效率下降的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力系统,特别涉及一种使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统。
背景技术
随着能源与环境问题日益严重,国家大力发展新能源汽车。目前国内主流混合动力采用双电机同轴混联结构,但系统普遍存在动力不足的问题;并联系统因为AMT变速器技术尚不成熟,而且换挡期间动力中断较为明显,车辆驾驶舒适性较差,推广起来存在较大问题。传统双排行星齿轮结构的设计,虽然可以解决部分爬坡及模式切换平顺性的问题,但是由于发动机扭矩经过齿圈分流以后直接输出至后排行星架,依然存在动力不足的问题,尤其在偏远山区该问题仍然较为突出,同时会导致发电机过早反转形成功率循环,导致系统效率较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,包括动力耦合装置、发动机、发电机、主驱动电机、动力电池、第一电机控制器、第二电机控制器和输出轴;
所述动力耦合装置包括前排行星齿轮机构、后排行星齿轮机构、第一模式离合器和第二模式离合器;
所述前排行星齿轮机构包括前排太阳轮、前排齿圈和前排行星架,后排行星齿轮机构包括后排太阳轮、后排齿圈和后排行星架;
所述发动机与前排行星架连接;
所述发电机连接前排太阳轮;
所述主驱动电机连接后排太阳轮;
所述动力电池分别连接第一电机控制器和第二电机控制器,第一电机控制器与发电机电气连接,第二电机控制器与主驱动电机电气连接;
所述第一模式离合器设置在前排齿圈与后排太阳轮之间;
所述第二模式离合器设置在前排齿圈与后排行星架之间;

本发明通过两个模式离合器的分离结合,可以实现一种纯电动模式和两种混合动力模式,通过前后排断开解决了原有双行星排系统纯电动效率低下的问题;通过双模切换解决了原有双行星排系统爬坡性能不足的问题。通过双模切换解决了原有行星排混合动力系统高速行驶过程中发电机反转形成功率循环导致系统效率下降的问题。

参见图1,配合参见图2。本发明的一种使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,包括发动机1、发电机2、主驱动电机3、输出轴12、第一电机控制器4、第二电机控制器15、动力电池5以及动力耦合装置,动力耦合装置包括前排太阳轮6、前排行星架7、前排齿圈8、后排太阳轮9、后排行星架10、后排齿圈11、第二模式离合器13、第一模式离合器14,其中前排特征参数k值为k1,后排特征参数k值为k2
发动机1连接前排行星架7,发电机2连接前排太阳轮6,主驱动电机3连接后排太阳轮9。
前排齿圈8通过第二模式离合器13与后排行星架10连接,或者通过第一模式离合器14与后排太阳轮9连接,后排齿圈11锁止。

车辆起步过程中两个模式离合器分离,由主驱动电机单独驱动车辆纯电动行驶;当车辆行驶至较高车速时,第一模式离合器结合,发动机介入进入混合动力模式,解决原有双行星排系统爬坡性能不足的问题;当车辆行驶至中高车速时,发电机接近零转速,此时第一模式离合器分离,第二模式离合器结合,此时发电机转速正向升高,解决了行星排混合动力系统高速行驶过程中发电机反转形成功率循环导致效率下降的问题。
具体说明如下:
EV模式(纯电动):车辆起步时,模式离合器13、14分离,前后行星齿轮机构断开。后排齿圈11锁止,后排形成一个1+k2的速比,主驱动电机3降速增扭后输出动力至后排行星架10,后排行星架10输出动力至输出轴12,车辆工作在纯电动模式。在EV模式下,因为前后行星齿轮机构断开,因此纯电动效率大大提高。
EVT1(混合动力模式1):当车辆行驶至较高车速时,第一模式离合器14结合,第二模式离合器13分离。双行星排系统形成一个速比大于1的机械点。发动机1介入工作在最佳工作点,前排齿圈8与后排太阳轮9连接,发动机1通过前排行星齿轮机构进行功率分流,一部分能量通过太阳轮6作用在发电机2进行发电,一部分能量通过前排齿圈8与主驱动电机3进行耦合,后排齿圈11锁止,后排形成一个1+k2的速比,耦合扭矩经过后排降速增扭后输出动力至后排行星架10,后排行星架10输出动力至输出轴12,车辆工作在EVT1混合动力模式,解决原有双行星排系统爬坡性能不足的问题。
EVT2(混合动力模式2):当车辆行驶至中高车速时,发电机2接近零转速。此时第一模式离合器14分离,第二模式离合器13结合,双行星排系统形成一个速比小于1的机械点。发动机1介入工作在最佳工作点,发电机2的转速正向升高。前排齿圈8与后排行星架10连接,发动机1通过前排行星齿轮机构进行功率分流,一部分能量通过太阳轮6作用在发电机2进行发电,一部分能量通过前排齿圈8输出至后排行星架10,后排齿圈11锁止,后排形成一个1+k2的速比,主驱动电机3的输出扭矩经过后排降速增扭后输出动力至后排行星架10,后排行星架10扭矩耦合以后输出动力至输出轴12,车辆工作在EVT2混合动力模式,解决原有行星排混合动力系统高速行驶过程中发电机反转形成功率循环导致系统效率下降的问题。

从上述执行过程可以看出,本发明的混合动力系统构型属于双模系统,分别在EVT1形成一个速比大于1的机械点,EVT2形成一个速比小于1的机械点。不仅有效解决了原有传统混合动力系统动力性不足的问题;同时解决了车辆中高速行驶过程中发电机反转形成功率循环所带来的系统效率较低问题;在纯电动模式下通过离合器设计实现前后排断开,大大提高纯电动行驶效率。本专利所述的混合动力系统构型通过双模设计有效解决原有系统存在的诸多缺陷,另外,本专利在双行星排构型的基础上增加两组离合器,实现相对简单,模式切换平顺,因此本专利所述系统具备广泛的适应性。

Claims (7)

1.一种使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,其特征在于:包括动力耦合装置、发动机、发电机、主驱动电机、动力电池、第一电机控制器、第二电机控制器和输出轴;
所述动力耦合装置包括前排行星齿轮机构、后排行星齿轮机构、第一模式离合器和第二模式离合器;
所述前排行星齿轮机构包括前排太阳轮、前排齿圈和前排行星架,后排行星齿轮机构包括后排太阳轮、后排齿圈和后排行星架;
所述发动机与前排行星架连接;
所述发电机连接前排太阳轮;
所述主驱动电机连接后排太阳轮;
所述动力电池分别连接第一电机控制器和第二电机控制器,第一电机控制器与发电机电气连接,第二电机控制器与主驱动电机电气连接;
所述第一模式离合器设置在前排齿圈与后排太阳轮之间;
所述第二模式离合器设置在前排齿圈与后排行星架之间;
所述输出轴与后排行星架连接输出整车动力至车轮。
2.如权利要求1所述的使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,其特征在于:第一模式离合器、第二模式离合器分离以后,实现前排行星齿轮机构和后排行星齿轮机构断开。
3.如权利要求1所述的使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,其特征在于:通过第一模式离合器的结合实现前排齿圈与后排太阳轮连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,其特征在于:通过第二模式离合器的结合实现前排齿圈与后排行星架连接。
5.如权利要求2所述的使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,其特征在于:第一模式离合器、第二模式离合器分离以后,实现前后行星齿轮机构断开,后排齿圈锁止形成降速增扭效果,主驱动电机驱动车辆纯电动行驶。
6.如权利要求3所述的使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,其特征在于:第一模式离合器结合以后,发动机输出扭矩通过前排齿圈分流以后与主驱动电机进行耦合,后排齿圈锁止,耦合扭矩降速增扭以后通过后排行星架输出至输出轴。
7.如权利要求4所述的使用双行星排构型的混合动力系统,其特征在于:第二模式离合器结合以后,发动机输出扭矩通过前排齿圈分流以后通过后排行星架直接输出至输出轴,主驱动电机降速增扭以后通过后排行星架输出至输出轴。
