Abstract
本发明提供一种无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,其特征在于:ISG电机是具有启动发动机并在发动机带动下发电功能的电机,其ISG电机转子与发动机的曲轴固联,连接轴的左端与离合器的右端联接、中部与制动器联接、右端与第一行星排的第一太阳轮固联,离合器的左端与发动机的曲轴的右端联接,第一行星排的第一行星架与第二行星排的第二太阳轮固联,外圈的左端与第一行星排的第一齿圈固联、右端与第二行星排的第二齿圈固联、外侧与驱动电机的电机转子固联,第二行星排的第二行星架的右端与输出轴固联。因而,本发明传动比较大,发动机能够常在高效区域工作,同时驱动电机的工作效率较高,能够避免高温发热、成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及无级变速混合动力汽车,具体涉及一种无级变速混合动力汽车动力成。
背景技术
混合动力汽车是为适应节能减排发展趋势的一种汽车,能够实现无级变速的无级变速混合动力汽车动力系统不仅满足节能减排这一要求,而且换挡过程平顺无冲击、工作效率较高。目前,常见的一种无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,包括发动机、驱动电机和第一行星排,能够实现无级变速,所存在的问题是;仅仅通过一个行星排实现变速,其传动比较小,发动机不能常在高效区域工作,同时驱动电机工作效率低下、易高温发热、成本较高;在驱动发电模式下,没有发电功能,汽车行驶里程较短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,其传动比较大,能够使发动机常在高效区域工作,同时驱动电机工作效率较高、避免高温发热、成本较低,效率较高,且在驱动发电模式下,具有发电功能,使汽车行驶里程较长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,包括包含曲轴的发动机、离合器、包含电机转子的驱动电机,输出轴,以及其第一太阳轮位于第一行星架之内、第一行星轮可转动地安装于第一行星架上、第一齿圈位于第一行星架之外的第一行星排,其特征在于:还包括外圈、连接轴、制动器、包含ISG电机转子的ISG电机,以及其第二太阳轮位于第二行星架之内、第二行星轮可转动地安装于第二行星架上、第二齿圈位于第二行星架之外的第二行星排,所述ISG电机是具有启动发动机并在发动机带动下发电功能的电机,其ISG电机转子与发动机的曲轴固联,所述连接轴的左端与离合器的右端联接、中部与制动器联接、右端与第一行星排的第一太阳轮固联,所述离合器的左端与发动机的曲轴的右端联接,所述第一行星排的第一行星架与第二行星排的第二太阳轮固联,所述外圈的左端与第一行星排的第一齿圈固联、右端与第二行星排的第二齿圈固联、外侧与驱动电机的电机转子固联,所述第二行星排的第二行星架的右端与输出轴固联。采取上述结构后,本发明具有两个行星排,传动比较大,发动机能够常在高效区域工作,同时驱动电机的工作效率较高,能够避免高温发热、成本较低;在驱动发电模式下,发动机能够带动ISG电机发电,使汽车的行驶里程较长,工作效率较高。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述离合器为干式离合器。这使得离合器的结构比较简单、控制难度和成本较低,从而使得本发明的结构也比较简单、控制难度和成本也较低。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述发动机为阿特森发动机。这使得本发明能够通过阿特森发动机与ISG电机的配合,在纯电模式下的工作效率更高,且能够降低油耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施方式做详细说明。
参见图1,本发明的无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,包括包含曲轴2的发动机1、离合器3、包含电机转子41的驱动电机4,输出轴15,以及其第一太阳轮6位于第一行星架8之内、第一行星轮7可转动地安装于第一行星架8上、第一齿圈9位于第一行星架8之外的第一行星排。由图1可见,本发明还包括外圈5、连接轴10、制动器16、包含ISG电机转子171的ISG电机17,以及其第二太阳轮11位于第二行星架13之内、第二行星轮12可转动地安装于第二行星架13上、第二齿圈14位于第二行星架13之外的第二行星排,所述ISG电机17是具有启动发动机1并在发动机1带动下发电功能的电机,其ISG电机转子171与发动机1的曲轴2固联,所述连接轴10的左端与离合器3的右端联接、中部与制动器16联接、右端与第一行星排的第一太阳轮6固联,所述离合器3的左端与发动机1的曲轴2的右端联接,所述第一行星排的第一行星架8与第二行星排的第二太阳轮11固联,所述外圈5的左端与第一行星排的第一齿圈9固联、右端与第二行星排的第二齿圈14固联、外侧与驱动电机4的电机转子41固联,所述第二行星排的第二行星架13的右端与输出轴15固联。
在本发明中,优选离合器3为干式离合器。
在本发明中,优选发动机1为阿特森发动机。
本发明工作原理如下:
纯电模式;发动机1不工作,ISG电机17不工作,驱动电机4工作,离合器3断开,制动器16制动。驱动电机4通过驱动电机4的电机转子41将动力传递给外圈5后,其动力分两条路径进行传递,第一条动力由外圈5传递给第二行星排的第二齿圈14;第二条动力由外圈5传递给第一行星排的第一齿圈9,在制动器16将连接轴10、第一行星排的第一太阳轮6制动的情况下,动力由第一行星排的第一行星架8传递给第二行星排的第二太阳轮11,两条动力分别传给第二行星排的第二太阳轮11和第二齿圈14并在第二行星排上进行耦合,最终由第二行星排的第二行星架13传递给输出轴15。
混动模式;发动机1工作,ISG电机17不工作,驱动电机4工作,离合器3结合,制动器16松开。发动机1通过曲轴2将动力依次传递给离合器3、连接轴10、第一行星排的第一太阳轮6,驱动电机4通过其电机转子41将动力传递给外圈5后,其动力分别传递给第一行星排的第一齿圈9和第二行星排的第二齿圈14,发动机1和驱动电机4的动力传给第一行星排和第二行星排后进行耦合,最终由第二行星排的第二行星架13传递给输出轴15。
能量回收;发动机1不工作,ISG电机17不工作,驱动电机4处于发电状态,离合器3断开,制动器16制动。整车动力由车轮传递到输出轴15后,在制动器16将连接轴10、第一行星排的第一太阳轮6制动的情况下,动力在第一行星排和第二行星排上进行耦合,然后分别通过第一行星排的第一齿圈9和第二行星排的第二齿圈14共同传递给外圈5,最后传递给驱动电机1的电机转子41,并由电机转子41带动处于发电状态的驱动电机1发电。
驱动发电模式;发动机1工作并带动ISG电机17处于发电状态,驱动电机4工作,离合器3断开,制动器16制动。在制动器16将连接轴10、第一行星排的第一太阳轮6制动的情况下,驱动电机4通过其电机转子41将动力传递给外圈5后,其动力分别传递给第一行星排的第一齿圈9和第二行星排的第二齿圈14,由第一行星排和第二行星排进行耦合并通过第二行星排的第二行星架13传递给输出轴15。在驱动电机1驱动汽车运行的同时发动机1将动力传递给处于发电状态的ISG电机17进行发电。
启动发动机模式;发动机1待启动,ISG电机17工作,驱动电机4不工作,离合器3断开,制动器16松开。ISG电机17通过其ISG电机转子171将动力通过曲轴2传递给发动机1,启动发动机1。

1.一种无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,包括包含曲轴(2)的发动机(1)、离合器(3)、包含电机转子(41)的驱动电机(4),输出轴(15),以及其第一太阳轮(6)位于第一行星架(8)之内、第一行星轮(7)可转动地安装于第一行星架(8)上、第一齿圈(9)位于第一行星架(8)之外的第一行星排,其特征在于:还包括外圈(5)、连接轴(10)、制动器(16)、包含ISG电机转子(171)的ISG电机(17),以及其第二太阳轮(11)位于第二行星架(13)之内、第二行星轮(12)可转动地安装于第二行星架(13)上、第二齿圈(14)位于第二行星架(13)之外的第二行星排,
所述ISG电机(17)是具有启动发动机(1)并在发动机(1)带动下发电功能的电机,其ISG电机转子(171)与发动机(1)的曲轴(2)固联,
所述连接轴(10)的左端与离合器(3)的右端联接、中部与制动器(16)联接、右端与第一行星排的第一太阳轮(6)固联,
所述离合器(3)的左端与发动机(1)的曲轴(2)的右端联接,
所述第一行星排的第一行星架(8)与第二行星排的第二太阳轮(11)固联,
所述外圈(5)的左端与第一行星排的第一齿圈(9)固联、右端与第二行星排的第二齿圈(14)固联、外侧与驱动电机(4)的电机转子(41)固联,
所述第二行星排的第二行星架(13)的右端与输出轴(15)固联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无级变速混合动力汽车动力系统,其特征在于:所述离合器(3)为干式离合器。
