Claims (1)
- 金属性基材を提供することと、
前記金属性基材を、粒子を含む乾燥組成物でコーティングすることと、
を含む、カレントコレクタの製造方法であって、前記基材をコーティングすることには、0より大きく約30g/cm2より小さい、表面に対する垂直の圧力で、前記基材に対し前記粒子の有効量をアプリケータパッドを用いてバフがけすることが含まれ、前記アプリケータパッドは前記表面のある点に対して複数の方向で前記表面に対し平行な面で動き、これにより前記粒子のほぼ均一なコーティングが得られ、前記粒子はモース硬度が0.4〜3の間であり、最大寸法が約100マイクロメートル未満である、製造方法。
