Abstract
【解決手段】タフテッドカーペットを製造する工程、基布2にパイル3を植設、及び裏面に裏貼層5を積層する前に、基布2に予め難燃剤を含浸させることにより、タフテッドカーペットに優れた、各種用途の燃焼試験に対応した難燃性を付与する。

Claims (4)
- 基布にパイルが植設された表面パイル層と、該表面パイル層の裏面に積層された裏貼層からなるタフテッドカーペットにおいて、前記基布に予め難燃剤を含浸させることを特徴とする難燃タフテッドカーペット。
- 前記基布がポリエステル系繊維、ポリプロピレン系繊維等から選ばれる少なくとも一種以上の合成樹脂繊維からなる織布、または不織布からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の難燃タフテッドカーペット。
- 前記難燃剤が、ハロゲン系難燃剤やリン系難燃剤等の有機難燃剤、金属水酸化物やアンチモン系難燃剤等の無機難燃剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の難燃剤からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の難燃タフテッドカーペット。
- 前記基布に前記難燃剤を浸漬法又はスプレー法により、予め含浸させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3に記載の難燃タフテッドカーペット。
