Claims (15)
- 第1の潜在収縮性(P1)を示す第1の織物層(16)を設けるステップと、
前記第1の層の前記潜在収縮性(P2)と少なくとも部分的に異なる第2の潜在収縮性を示す第2の織物層(17)を配置するステップと、
前記2つの層(16、17)を機械的に結合するステップと、
収縮プロセスを開始するステップと、
からなる3次元織物製品(12)を製造するための方法。 - 前記潜在収縮性(P1、P2)は、前記第1の層(16)内および/または前記第2の層(17)内においてそれぞれ均一である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(16)および/または前記第2の層(17)の前記潜在収縮性(P1、P2)は、前記各層(16、17)内で可変である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および前記第2の層(16、17)の間に追加の織物層(28)が配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(16)および/または前記第2の層(17)上に追加の織物層(29)が配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記層(16、17)間の機械的結合は、一方の層(16)の繊維(19)が他方の層(17)内に部分的に移入されるボンディングプロセスによって達成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記層(16、17)の結合は、針(35)または流体噴射および/または縫製プロセスまたはステッチ編みプロセスによって達成される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮プロセスは、物理的および/または機械的作用によって達成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮プロセスは、前記層(16、17)の選択されたゾーン(31、32)に限定されるか、または前記ゾーン(31、32)内で可変である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記層(16、17)のうち少なくとも一方が、不織布、編地、縦編地または織布である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮プロセスは、サポート型(23、24)内部で行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
