【解決手段】第1連通路P1が、吸入室62と圧縮室61との間の隔壁W1の下端に形成され、吸入室62内の底部62aが、第1連通路P1に向かって、第1連通路P1側が低くなるように傾斜し、第1連通路P1の底部が、圧縮室61側が低くなるように傾斜し、第2連通路P2が、圧縮室61と吐出室63との間の隔壁W2の下端に形成され、圧縮室61の底部61aが、第2連通路P2に向かって、第2連通路P2側が低くなるように傾斜し、第2連通路P2の底部が、吐出室63側が低くなるように傾斜し、吐出室63内の底部が吐出口に向かって、吐出口が低くなるように傾斜し、吐出口が、吐出口の出口側が低くなるように傾斜させる。

Claims (3)
- 交流電源が接続される電磁コイル部と、
該電磁コイル部への交流電源電圧の印加により、往復駆動される、永久磁石が設けられた振動子と、
該振動子の両端に連結されたダイヤフラムと、
流体の吸入口および流体の吐出口を備えたポンプケーシングと
を有する電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプであって、
前記ポンプケーシングが、
前記ポンプケーシングの上部側に設けられ、前記吸入口と連通する吸入室と、
前記ポンプケーシングの下部側に設けられ、前記吐出口と連通する吐出室と、
前記吸入室と吸入弁を介して連通し、かつ、前記吐出口と吐出弁を介して連通し、前記振動子の往復駆動に伴うダイヤフラムの変形により、内部の圧力が上下する圧縮室とを備え、
前記吸入弁が設けられ、前記吸入室と前記圧縮室とを連通する第1連通路が、前記吸入室と前記圧縮室との間の隔壁の下端に形成され、
前記吸入室内の底部が、前記第1連通路に向かって、前記第1連通路側が低くなるように傾斜し、
前記第1連通路の底部が、前記圧縮室側が低くなるように傾斜し、
前記吐出弁が設けられ、前記圧縮室と前記吐出室とを連通する第2連通路が、前記圧縮室と前記吐出室との間の隔壁の下端に形成され、
前記圧縮室の底部が、前記第2連通路に向かって、前記第2連通路側が低くなるように傾斜し、
前記第2連通路の底部が、前記吐出室側が低くなるように傾斜し、
前記吐出室内の底部が前記吐出口に向かって、前記吐出口が低くなるように傾斜し、前記吐出口が、該吐出口の出口側が低くなるように傾斜していることを特徴とする電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプ。 - 前記第1連通路と隣接する、前記吸入室および/または圧縮室内の底部に排水用窪みが形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記吸入弁および/または吐出弁が、該吸入弁および/または吐出弁の弁座となる隔壁に対してクリアランスを設けて配設されてなることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプ。
