吸入室62、圧縮室61、吐出室63の3つの部屋の位置関係は、吸入室62の底部62aが、一番高い位置にあり、そのつぎに圧縮室61の底部61aが、吸入室62の底部62aの位置よりも低く、吐出室63の底部63aが、圧縮室61の底部61aよりも低い位置にあれば、内部に流入した水分が重力により吐出口から排出される。したがって、このそれぞれの部屋の高低における位置関係を満たすものであれば、本発明に含まれることはいうまでもない。

  1. 前記第1連通路と隣接する、前記吸入室および/または圧縮室内の底部に水用窪みが形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプ。
