Abstract
【解決手段】光コネクタ1は、内蔵ファイバ13を保持するフェルール本体14を有するフェルール部材6と、フェルール部材6を保持するスリーブ7と、スリーブ7が連結されると共に、内蔵ファイバ13が接続される光ファイバ心線3が導入されるリアハウジング9とを備え、フェルール部材6の雄ねじ16がスリーブ7の雌ねじ23に螺合されててフェルール部材がスリーブ7に固定されている。

Claims (4)
- 内蔵ファイバを保持するフェルール本体を有するフェルール部材と、
前記フェルール部材を保持するフェルール部材保持部と、
前記フェルール部材保持部が連結されると共に、前記内蔵ファイバが接続される光ファイバが導入されるハウジングとを備え、
前記フェルール部材が前記フェルール部材保持部に螺合されていることを特徴とする光コネクタ。 - 前記フェルール部材は、第1ねじが形成されており、
前記フェルール部材保持部は、前記第1ねじと螺合する第2ねじが形成されており、
前記第1ねじと前記第2ねじとが螺合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。 - 内蔵ファイバを保持するフェルール本体を有するフェルール部材と、前記フェルール部材を保持するフェルール部材保持部と、前記フェルール部材保持部が連結されると共に、前記内蔵ファイバが接続される光ファイバが導入されるハウジングを備えた光コネクタの組立方法において、
前記ハウジング内に導入された前記光ファイバと前記内蔵ファイバとを融着接続する工程と、
前記フェルール部材保持部に前記フェルール部材を螺合させる工程とを含むことを特徴とする光コネクタの組立方法。 - 前記フェルール部材を固定する治具を準備する工程を更に含み、
前記フェルール部材保持部に前記フェルール部材を螺合させる工程において、前記フェルール部材を前記治具で固定して前記フェルール部材保持部が連結された前記ハウジングを回し、前記フェルール部材と前記フェルール部材保持部とを螺合させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の光コネクタの組立方法。
