Abstract
【解決手段】伝達トルクが小さい時には、軸部51が回転すると、針状ころ7は弾性材料製のOリング81、81を介して回転する。針状ころ7は、軸部51の外周面511との間にOリング81、81を介して締まりばめ嵌合で介挿されているため、軸部51のがたつき音の発生が防止される。また、Oリング81、81が弾性材料製であるため、軸部51の回転トルクを抑制することができ、ステアリングホイール11を操作するのに要する力が抑制される。

- 一対のヨーク、
上記一対のヨークに各々形成され、二股状に対向する一対のアーム部、
上記一対のアーム部に各々形成され、同一軸線上に配置された一対の軸受孔、
上記一対の軸受孔に各々内嵌する有底筒状の外輪、
上記外輪の内周面と十字軸の軸部外周面との間に介挿され、軸部外周面を環状に取り囲む針状ころ、
上記針状ころと外輪の内周面との間のすきま、または、針状ころと十字軸の軸部外周面との間のすきまに締まりばめ嵌合で介挿された弾性部材を備えたこと
を特徴とする十字軸自在継手。 - 請求項1に記載された十字軸自在継手において、
上記弾性部材は、
上記針状ころと十字軸の軸部外周面との間のすきまに介挿されたOリングであること

上記外輪の内部に充填され、弾性材料製の微粉体を添加した潤滑グリースであること
を特徴とする十字軸自在継手。 - 一対のヨーク、
上記一対のヨークに各々形成され、二股状に対向する一対のアーム部、
上記一対のアーム部に各々形成され、同一軸線上に配置された一対の軸受孔、
上記一対の軸受孔に各々内嵌する有底筒状の外輪、
上記十字軸の軸部外周面に被覆されたDLC膜、
上記外輪の内周面と十字軸の軸部外周面との間に締まりばめ嵌合で介挿され、軸部外周面を環状に取り囲む針状ころを備えたこと
を特徴とする十字軸自在継手。
