Claims (34)
- 容器に保持した生物学的標本における細胞の画像を撮像する撮り込み装置において、
視界を画定する走査レンズと、
前記視界を、容器内の生物学的標本における複数個の細胞フレームに分割するコンピュータシステムと、
前記視界内の細胞フレームを照明する照明源と、
前記細胞フレームの画像を撮り込む画像撮り込みシステムと、
前記容器を移動させることなく、前記視界内の第2細胞フレームを撮像する反射または回折素子と、および
前記画像を参照して前記生物学的標本における1個またはそれ以上の細胞の組織学的または物理学的特性を決定するコマンドと
を具えたことを特徴とする画像撮り込み装置。 - 前記反射または回折素子を、1個もしくはそれ以上の電流計制御ミラー、1個もしくはそれ以上の圧電傾動プラットフォーム、または1個もしくはそれ以上の音響光学的転向器とした請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記反射または回折素子を、1個もしくはそれ以上の電流計制御ミラーとした請求項2記載の装置。
- 更に、前記走査レンズに対して前記生物学的標本の位置を移動させる移動手段を設けた請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記走査レンズをF‐シータ設計とした請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記視界の直径を、8mmまたはそれ以上とした請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記視界内における複数個の細胞フレームの数を4個またはそれ以上とした請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記視界内における複数個の細胞フレームの数を4個またはそれ以上とした請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記容器は、装置が適正な位置決めおよび合焦を確実に行うようにする特別なマークを有するものとした請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記容器は、装置が容器を認識できるようにする特別なマークを有するものとした請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記照明源は、非蛍光細胞の画像を得やすくするバック照明を生ずるものとした請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記複数個の細胞フレームを、2個またはそれ以上の細胞とした請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記反射または回折素子を、反射素子とした請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記反射または回折素子を、回折素子とした請求項1記載の装置。
- 容器に保持した生物学的標本における目標の画像を撮像する撮り込み装置において、
視界を画定する走査レンズと、
前記視界を、容器内の生物学的標本における複数個の目標フレームに分割するコンピュータシステムと、
前記視界内の目標フレームを照明する照明源と、
前記目標フレームの画像を撮り込む画像撮り込みシステムと、
前記容器を移動させることなく、前記視界内の第2目標フレームを撮像する反射または回折素子と、および
前記画像を参照して前記生物学的標本における目標の特性を決定するコマンドと
を具えたことを特徴とする画像撮り込み装置。 - 前記目標を、細胞とした請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記目標を、細胞の成分とした請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記目標を、蛋白質または遺伝子成分とした請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記視界の直径を、8mmまたはそれ以上とした請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記視界内における複数個の目標の数を4個またはそれ以上とした請求項19記載の装置。
- 前記2個またはそれ以上のフレームは、それぞれ、複数個の目標を含むものとした請求項19記載の装置。
- 前記視界内における複数個の目標の数を4個またはそれ以上とした請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記2個またはそれ以上のフレームは、それぞれ、複数個の目標を含むものとした請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記照明源は、非蛍光細胞の画像を得やすくするバック照明を生ずるものとした請求項15記載の装置。

前記視界内の細胞フレームを照明する照明源と、
前記細胞フレームの画像を撮り込む画像撮り込みシステムと、および
前記画像を参照して前記生物学的標本における細胞の組織学的または物理学的特性を決定するコマンドと
を具えたことを特徴とする画像撮り込み装置。 - 前記視界の直径を、8mmまたはそれ以上とした請求項28記載の装置。
- 前記視界内における複数個の細胞フレームの数を4個またはそれ以上とした請求項29記載の装置。
- 前記視界内における複数個の細胞フレームの数を4個またはそれ以上とした請求項28記載の装置。
- さらに、照明する手段であって、前記容器を移動することなく前記第1視界内の第2細胞フレームを撮像する手段を設けた請求項28記載の装置。
- 前記照明源は、非蛍光細胞の画像を得やすくするバック照明を生ずるものとした請求項28記載の装置。
- 前記走査レンズをF‐シータ設計とした請求項28記載の装置。
