Abstract
【解決手段】酸化銀及び1種以上の銀ヒダントイン錯体からなる銀イオン源などの銀イオン源、ヒダントイン、ヒダントイン誘導体、スクシンイミドおよびスクシンイミド誘導体から選択される1種以上の錯化剤、ジアルキルスルフィドおよびジアルキルジスルフィドから選択される1種以上の有機スルフィド、並びに1種以上のピリジルアクリル酸を含み、シアン化物を含まない溶液からなる銀の電気めっき液。

Description
本発明はシアン化物を含まない銀電気めっき液に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、光沢銀の高速堆積のための、シアン化物を含まない銀電気めっき液に関する。
方法は、a)1種以上の銀イオン源、ヒダントイン、ヒダントイン誘導体、スクシンイミドおよびスクシンイミド誘導体から選択される1種以上の錯化剤、ジアルキルスルフィドおよびジアルキルジスルフィドから選択される1種以上の有機スルフィド、並びに1種以上のピリジルアクリル酸を含み、シアン化物を含まない溶液を提供し;b)基体を前記溶液と接触させ;並びにc)基体上に銀を電気めっきすることを含む。
以下の実施例は本発明を例示するために含まれるが、本発明の範囲を限定することを意図していない。
電流密度が12A/dm2であったことを除いて、同じ銀電気めっき水溶液を用いて、同じ電気めっき条件で上記実施例2に開示される方法が繰り返された。得られた銀堆積物は、実施例2のミラー光沢クーポンとは対照的に、艶消しの外観であった。
Claims (8)
- 1種以上の銀イオン源、ヒダントイン、ヒダントイン誘導体、スクシンイミドおよびスクシンイミド誘導体から選択される1種以上の錯化剤、ジアルキルスルフィドおよびジアルキルジスルフィドから選択される1種以上の有機スルフィド、並びに1種以上のピリジルアクリル酸を含み、シアン化物を含まない溶液。
- ピリジルアクリル酸が3−(2−ピリジル)アクリル酸、シス−3−(3−ピリジル)アクリル酸、3−(4−ピリジル)アクリル酸、3−(6−フェニル−ピリジル)アクリル酸、トランス−3−(3−ピリジル)アクリル酸およびz−2−フルオロ−3−(3−ピリジル)アクリル酸から選択される請求項1に記載の溶液。
- ヒダントイン誘導体がヒダントイン、1−メチルヒダントイン、1,3−ジメチルヒダントイン、5,5−ジメチルヒダントイン、1−メタノール−5,5−ジメチルヒダントイン、および5,5−ジフェニルヒダントインから選択される請求項1に記載の溶液。
- 置換ジアルキルスルフィドがβ−チオジアルカノールである請求項1に記載の溶液。
- a)1種以上の銀イオン源、ヒダントイン、ヒダントイン誘導体、スクシンイミドおよびスクシンイミド誘導体から選択される1種以上の錯化剤、ジアルキルスルフィドおよびジアルキルジスルフィドから選択される1種以上の有機スルフィド、並びに1種以上のピリジルアクリル酸を含み、シアン化物を含まない溶液を提供し;
b)基体を前記溶液と接触させ;並びに
c)基体上に銀を電気めっきする;
ことを含む方法。 - 電流密度が5A/dm2以上である請求項5に記載の方法。
- 電流密度が6A/dm2〜15A/dm2である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 溶液の温度が30℃以上である請求項5に記載の方法。
