Abstract
【解決手段】電動車両を駐車させて所定の駐車位置に搬送し、且つ該電動車両の駐車中に、該電動車両に搭載されたバッテリを充電可能な充電装置が設けられた機械式立体駐車場のパレットにおいて、充電装置16Bは、一端がパレット15B側に接続され、他端に電動車両の充電接続部に接続される充電コネクタ35が設けられた、伸縮可能なカールコード状であって、引張力が加わっていない時にはコイル状に縮まる充電ケーブル26と、パレット15Bに設けられて、コイル状に縮まった状態の充電ケーブル26を収容するケーブル収容部51とを有することを特徴とする。ケーブル収容部51はパレット15B側に内蔵しても、ポール部材41等の内部に設けてもよい。

Description
即ち、本発明に係る機械式立体駐車場のパレットは、電動車両を駐車させて所定の駐車位置に搬送し、かつ前記電動車両の駐車中に、該電動車両に搭載されたバッテリを充電可能な充電装置が設けられた機械式立体駐車場のパレットにおいて、前記充電装置は、一端が前記パレット側に接続され、他端に前記電動車両の充電接続部に接続される充電コネクタが設けられた、伸縮可能なカールコード状であって、引張力が加わっていない時にはコイル状に縮まる充電ケーブルと、前記パレットに設けられて、コイル状に縮まった状態の前記充電ケーブルを収容するケーブル収容部と、を有することを特徴とする。
図2〜図5は、本発明の第1実施形態を示し、図2はパレット15Aおよび充電装置16Aならびに電動車両EVの正面図である。パレット15Aの本体は、一般の機械式立体駐車場に適用されているものと同様に、鋼板をプレス成型して形成された一般的なW型断面構造を持つものであり、その幅方向中央部に形成されたセンターガイド凸部21と、両側の側縁部に立設された左右一対の縁部22との間に、電動車両EVおよび一般車両の車輪23をパレット15Aの長手方向に沿わせて誘導する2本の車輪誘導溝24が形成されている。
図6〜図9は、本発明の第2実施形態を示し、図6はパレット15Bおよび充電装置16Bならびに電動車両EVの正面図である。パレット15Bの基本構成は、充電装置16Bの部分以外は第1実施形態に示すパレット15Aと同様であるため、ここでは各部に同符号を付して説明を省略する。また、充電装置16Bは、パレット15Bの縁部22に設けられているが、第1実施形態の場合と同じく、左右の縁部22の一方に設けても両方に設けてもよく、また縁部22の前部、後部、中間部の何処に何箇所設けてもよい。
図10〜図13は、本発明の第3実施形態に係るパレット15Cおよび充電装置16Cを示している。パレット15Cの基本構成は、充電装置16Cの部分以外は第1実施形態および第2実施形態に示すパレット15A,15Bと同様である。ここにおける充電装置16Cも、パレット15Cの左右の縁部22の一方に設けても両方に設けてもよく、また縁部22の前部、後部、中間部の何処に何箇所設けてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 電動車両を駐車させて所定の駐車位置に搬送し、かつ前記電動車両の駐車中に、該電動車両に搭載されたバッテリを充電可能な充電装置が設けられた機械式立体駐車場のパレットにおいて、
前記充電装置は、一端が前記パレット側に接続され、他端に前記電動車両の充電接続部に接続される充電コネクタが設けられた、伸縮可能なカールコード状であって、引張力が加わっていない時にはコイル状に縮まる充電ケーブルと、
前記パレットに設けられて、コイル状に縮まった状態の前記充電ケーブルを収容するケーブル収容部と、
を有することを特徴とする機械式立体駐車場のパレット。 - 前記ケーブル収容部は、前記パレットの縁部に沿って凹設された収容凹部と、該収容凹部の上部開口部を開閉可能に閉塞する蓋部材とを有して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械式立体駐車場のパレット。
- 前記ケーブル収容部は、前記パレットの縁部に直立するポール部材の内部に設けられ、前記充電ケーブルは、前記ポール部材の下端部または上端部から延出し、該充電ケーブルが、直立した状態にある前記ポール部材の前記ケーブル収容部に収容された時には、前記充電コネクタが前記ポール部材に保持されて前記パレットよりも高い場所に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械式立体駐車場のパレット。
- 前記ポール部材は、前記ケーブル収容部に前記充電ケーブルを収容した状態で、前記パレットの縁部上面よりも下方に没入するように折り畳まれた倒伏位置と、前記縁部の上面に対して垂直に起立した直立位置との間を回動することができることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の機械式立体駐車場のパレット。
- 前記ポール部材の下端部から前記充電ケーブルが延出した状態で、前記ポール部材を前記倒伏位置に折り畳み可能にする折り畳み手段を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の機械式立体駐車場のパレット。
- 前記ポール部材は、少なくともその表面が駐車車両を傷付けない材質であることを特徴とする請求項3〜5の何れかに記載の機械式立体駐車場のパレット。
- 前記ポール部材が可撓性を有することを特徴とする請求項3〜5の何れかに記載の機械式立体駐車場のパレット。
- 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のパレットを備えたことを特徴とする機械式立体駐車場。
