Abstract

Claims (27)
- 電気回路に対して接続する少なくとも1つの端部を有する導電体を用意し、
前記導電体の所定の長さに亘ってストレスを分散するように形成されたストレス分散体内に、前記導電体の前記少なくとも1つの端部の直前の前記所定の長さを位置づけ、
前記電気回路に対して固定している支持面に前記ストレス分散体を取付け、

前記ストレス分散材料が取り付けられている、前記電気回路に対して実質的に固定している支持面とを具備しており、
前記ワイヤコネクタは、前記ストレス分散材料を囲んでおり、前記第1の端部直前の前記ワイヤに物理的に接触し且つ拘束して、電気的な接続を形成していることを特徴とする、電気回路に対する歪み耐性電気接続構造。 - 前記ストレス分散材料はゴムからなることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の電気回路に対する歪み耐性電気接続構造。
- 前記ワイヤは、真鍮被覆鋼から構成されるコイル状バネ導体からなることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の電気回路に対する歪み耐性電気接続構造。
- 前記ワイヤは前記ストレス分散材料に接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の電気回路に対する歪み耐性電気接続構造。
- 前記ワイヤを前記ストレス分散材料から絶縁するように非導電性被覆が前記ワイヤに設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の電気回路に対する歪み耐性電気接続構造。
- 前記非導電性被覆が前記ストレス分散材料に接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の電気回路に対する歪み耐性電気接続構造。
