Claims (14)
- 軸線方向に延びる巻芯部ならびに前記巻芯部の前記軸線方向における互いに逆の端部にそれぞれ設けられた1対の鍔部を有する、ドラム状コアと、
前記巻芯部に巻回された、ワイヤと、
前記ワイヤの互いに逆の端部にそれぞれ電気的に接続され、かつ各前記鍔部に取り付けられた、金属板からなる複数の金属端子と、
を備え、
各前記鍔部は、前記軸線方向に平行かつ実装時において実装基板側に向けられる底面と、前記底面から立ち上がる立上がり面と、を有し、
各前記金属端子は、各前記鍔部の前記底面を覆う座部と、各前記鍔部の前記立上がり面を覆う立上がり部と、を有し、
各前記金属端子の前記立上がり部と前記鍔部の前記立上がり面との双方に接する状態で形成された接着剤層をさらに備え、
前記接着剤層は、その厚みが互いに異なる肉厚部分と肉薄部分とを有する、
コイル部品。 - 前記肉薄部分が、前記肉厚部分よりも前記底面に近い、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記接着剤層の厚みは、前記底面から遠ざかるに従って、より大きくなる、請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記肉厚部分が、前記肉薄部分よりも前記底面に近い、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記接着剤層の厚みは、前記底面に近づくに従って、より大きくなる、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 各前記金属端子の前記立上がり部における、前記接着剤層と接する面の一部には、凹部が設けられる、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記凹部が複数設けられている、請求項6に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記座部と前記立上がり部とが屈曲部で接続されている、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記接着剤層と接する面における前記立上がり部の先端部と前記屈曲部との中間位置に、凹部が設けられ、前記凹部において前記肉厚部分が形成され、前記凹部を挟む2つの部分で前記肉薄部分が形成される、請求項8に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記鍔部の前記立上がり面に対して前記金属端子の前記立上がり部が傾斜している、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記金属端子の前記座部と前記立上がり部とがなす角度は鈍角である、請求項10に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記金属端子の前記座部と前記立上がり部とがなす角度は鋭角である、請求項10に記載のコイル部品。
- 各前記鍔部は、前記巻芯部側とは反対側の外側に向く外側端面を有し、前記外側端面が前記立ち上がり面を構成する、請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記肉厚部分の厚みが4μm以上であり、前記肉薄部分の厚みが4μm未満である、請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
