Abstract
【解決手段】透光性を有する導電材料からなる一対の集電体と、当該一対の集電体上に分散された活物質と、当該一対の集電体の間に設けられ、透光性を有する電解質層と、当該一対の集電体のそれぞれと電気的に接続された端子部を有する電気二重層キャパシタ、及び、当該電気二重層キャパシタと、透光性を有する基板上に、透光性を有する第1の導電膜、当該透光性を有する第1の導電膜に接して設けられた光電変換層、当該光電変換層に接して設けられ、透光性を有する第2の導電膜を有する太陽電池と、を有し、当該電気二重層キャパシタ及び太陽電池は、当該端子部、当該透光性を有する第1の導電膜及び当該透光性を有する第2の導電膜を介して電気的に接続されている太陽光発電装置に関する。

Claims (10)
- 透光性を有する導電材料からなる一対の集電体と、前記一対の集電体上に分散された活物質と、前記一対の集電体の間に設けられ、透光性を有する電解質層とを有することを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。
- 請求項1において、
前記透光性を有する導電材料は、水分散性ポリエステル、インジウム錫酸化物、酸化珪素を含むインジウム錫酸化物、有機インジウム、有機スズ、酸化亜鉛、酸化亜鉛を含むインジウム亜鉛酸化物、ガリウムをドープした酸化亜鉛、酸化スズ、酸化タングステンを含むインジウム酸化物、酸化タングステンを含むインジウム亜鉛酸化物、酸化チタンを含むインジウム酸化物、酸化チタンを含むインジウム錫酸化物のいずれか一であることを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2において、
前記活物質は、活性炭又はポリアセン系材料であることを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項において、
前記電解質層は、ポリエチレンオキシド又はポリプロピレンオキシドであることを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 透光性を有する導電材料からなる一対の集電体と、前記一対の集電体上に分散された活物質と、前記一対の集電体の間に設けられ、透光性を有する電解質層と、前記一対の集電体のそれぞれと電気的に接続された端子部を有する電気二重層キャパシタと、
透光性を有する基板上に、透光性を有する第1の導電膜、前記第1の導電膜に接して設けられた光電変換層、前記光電変換層に接して設けられ、透光性を有する第2の導電膜を有する太陽電池と、
を有し、
前記電気二重層キャパシタ及び太陽電池は、前記端子部、前記第1の導電膜及び前記第2の導電膜を介して電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。 - 請求項5において、
前記透光性を有する導電材料、並びに、前記透光性を有する第1の導電膜及び第2の導電膜の材料は、それぞれ、水分散性ポリエステル、インジウム錫酸化物、酸化珪素を含むインジウム錫酸化物、有機インジウム、有機スズ、酸化亜鉛、酸化亜鉛を含むインジウム亜鉛酸化物、ガリウムをドープした酸化亜鉛、酸化スズ、酸化タングステンを含むインジウム酸化物、酸化タングステンを含むインジウム亜鉛酸化物、酸化チタンを含むインジウム酸化物、酸化チタンを含むインジウム錫酸化物のいずれか一であることを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。 - 請求項5又は請求項6において、
前記活物質は、活性炭又はポリアセン系材料であることを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。 - 請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか一項において、
前記電解質層は、ポリエチレンオキシド又はポリプロピレンオキシドであることを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。 - 請求項5乃至請求項8のいずれか一項において、
前記光電変換層は、非晶質半導体層、多結晶半導体層、微結晶半導体層のいずれかであることを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。 - 請求項5乃至請求項9のいずれか一項において、
前記光電変換層は、p型半導体層、真性半導体層、及びn型半導体層を有することを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。
