Abstract

Claims (13)
- 光起電力効果を用いた光電変換素子と、シート状の全固体二次電池とを含むことを特徴とする複合電池。
- 請求項1において、
前記光電変換素子は、有機化合物半導体を用いたポリマー系光電変換素子であることを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項2において、
前記光電変換素子は、全固体型であることを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかにおいて、
前記全固体二次電池は、
イオン伝導性の固体電解質粒子をポリマーに分散させた電解質シートと、
前記電解質シートの一方の側に設けられ、電極活物質粒子をポリマーに分散させた第1の電極シートと、
前記電解質シートの他方の側に設けられ、電極活物質粒子をポリマーに分散させた第2の電極シートと、
を含むことを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項4において、
前記全固体二次電池は、さらに、前記第1の電極シートと接触する引き出し電極と、前記第2の電極シートと接触する引き出し電極と、を有することを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかにおいて、
前記光電変換素子と前記全固体二次電池とは、一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項6において、
前記光電変換素子と前記全固体二次電池とは、積層構造を有することを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかにおいて、
前記光電変換素子と前記全固体電池が分離して配置されていることを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれかにおいて、
前記光電変換素子の透明電極は、仕事関数が4.0eV以上の金属酸化物からなることを特徴とする複合電池。 - 透明基板上に、光電変換素子と全固体二次電池とが積層され、
前記光電変換素子は、透明基板上に設けられた透明なアノード電極と、光変換層と、カソード電極とを含み、
前記全固体二次電池は、第1の引き出し電極と、負の電極シートと、電解質シートと、正の電極シートと、第2の引き出し電極とを含み、
さらに、前記全固体二次電池から前記光電変換素子への逆電流を防止する整流素子を有することを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項10において、
前記光電変換素子は、さらに、正孔輸送層および電子輸送層の少なくとも一方を有することを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項11において、
前記光変換層と、正孔輸送層および電子輸送層の少なくとも一方とは、有機材料を主成分とすることを特徴とする複合電池。 - 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の複合電池を含む電子機器。
