Abstract
【解決手段】密封型転がり軸受は、内輪1と、外輪2と、内輪1と外輪2との間に介装される転動体3と、転動体3を保持する保持器4とを備える。軸方向の両端開口部がシール部材5にてそれぞれ密封されて、軸受空間内にグリースが封入される。保持器4の外径面25に、グリース溜り溝26を設けた。

Claims (15)
- 内輪と、外輪と、内輪と外輪との間に介装される転動体と、転動体を保持する保持器とを備え、軸方向の両端開口部がシール部材にてそれぞれ密封されて、軸受空間内にグリースが封入された密封型転がり軸受であって、
保持器の外径面に、転走面へのグリース流動量減少用のグリース溜り溝を設けたことを特徴とする密封型転がり軸受。 - 内輪と、外輪と、内輪と外輪との間に介装される転動体と、転動体を保持する保持器とを備え、軸方向の両端開口部がシール部材にてそれぞれ密封されて、軸受空間内にグリースが封入された密封型転がり軸受であって、
ポケットの内径側及び外径側のエッジ部に、グリースの掻き取り抵抗減少用の面取部を形成したことを特徴とする密封型転がり軸受。 - グリース封入量を静止空間体積の65%以上80%以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記保持器は切削加工にて成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記保持器は射出成形にて成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記保持器の材料がポリアミド樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記保持器の材料がポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記保持器の材料がポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記保持器の材料がフェノール樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記シール部材のシールゴム材がニトリルゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記シール部材のシールゴム材がアクリルゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記シール部材のシールゴム材がフッ素ゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- クラッチレリーズに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- プーリに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 電装補機に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
