Abstract
【解決手段】センターデフロック状態での旋回走行中に、駆動系に蓄積された捩れに伴う発生捩れトルクTh(DS捩れトルクThDS)が所定トルク(DS許容トルクTy)以上となる駆動系の捩れ状態となった場合は、前輪14にホイールブレーキ装置96によるブレーキトルクTBが加えられるので、例えば前輪14にかかるDS捩れトルクThDSの一部をホイールブレーキ装置96によるブレーキトルクTBで分担することができる為、駆動系(フロントDS34)に実質的に付加されるDS捩れトルクThDSが低減される。よって、駆動系部品の耐久性が向上される。その為、例えば駆動系部品の耐久性を確保する為に駆動系部品を大型化したりする必要が無く、駆動系部品の小型化や軽量化を図ることができる。

Claims (5)
- 前輪と後輪との回転差動が制限された非差動状態にて走行することが可能な四輪駆動車の制御装置であって、
前記非差動状態での旋回走行中に、駆動系に蓄積された捩れに伴って生じる捩れトルクが所定トルク以上となる該駆動系の捩れ状態となった場合は、前記前輪にホイールブレーキ装置による制動力を加えることを特徴とする四輪駆動車の制御装置。 - 前記所定トルクは、駆動系部品の耐久性低下を抑制する為の前記捩れトルクの許容値であって、前記旋回走行中の操舵角が大きい程、該所定トルクが小さくされるように予め定められた関係から、実際の操舵角に基づいて設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の四輪駆動車の制御装置。
- 前記前輪と前記後輪との前後輪回転速度差によって前記捩れが前記駆動系に蓄積されるものであり、
前記前後輪回転速度差に基づいて前記駆動系の捩れ状態を検出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の四輪駆動車の制御装置。 - 前記旋回走行中の前記前後輪回転速度差の積分値に基づいて前記駆動系の捩れ量を算出し、
前記捩れ量が大きい程、前記捩れトルクが大きくされるように予め定められた関係から、前記所定トルクに基づいて所定捩れ量を設定し、
前記捩れ量が前記所定捩れ量以上となることで、前記駆動系の捩れ状態を検出することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の四輪駆動車の制御装置。 - 前記駆動系の捩れ量と前記所定捩れ量との差分に対応する捩れトルク分を受け持つように、前記前輪に制動力を加えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の四輪駆動車の制御装置。
