特許文献4は、商用車の一群の変速機を操作するための方法を記載している。自動化主変速機はこの一群の領域に属する。この一群の領域で要求された切換を行う場合に、切換後の原動機の回転速度が、最小回転速度未満であるかどうかについてのチェックが行われる。原動機の回転速度が、最小回転速度未満であった場合、切換は実行されない。
特許文献5は、自動化シフト変速機と、自動車の意図しない移動を防止するための装置とを有する自動車を記載している。原動機と、被駆動車輪との間の動力伝達を遮断する場合に、前記装置は、自動車の走行、特に所望の走行方向と反対の走行を防止するように作動させられる。
切換要求が存在する場合に、制御装置は、切換後に、その後生じる原動機の回転速度を自動車の現在の速度と駆動伝達系の変速比とから算出する。このことは、切換中に動力分配装置の変速比が変化する場合にのみ関連する。算出された回転速度に基づき、シフトが自動変速機で行われるか又は切換要求が抑制される。
制御装置は、特に、切換後に原動機の回転速度の許容範囲を決定する。この許容範囲は、例えば制御装置に記憶するか、あるいは例えば速度のような自動車の動作変数及び/又は例えば道路勾配のような環境変数に基づき決定することが可能である。自動変速機を同時にシフトすることによって、回転速度を前記許容範囲内にすることができる場合、自動変速機及び動力分配装置の切換が行われる。例えば変速比が2.6の非常に大きく急激な変化が、動力分配装置の変速比の間に存在し得る。このことは、例えば、7段遊星歯車式変速機の場合の第2ギヤから第5ギヤへのシフトにほぼ一致するであろう。したがって、動力分配装置の切換を行う場合にまた自動変速機の一定の変速比が存在する場合に、原動機の回転速度は極めて急激に変化し、したがって、極めて急速に許容範囲外に出てしまうことがある。回転速度のこの急激な変化は、自動変速機の変速比を同時に変更することによって相殺できる。上述の例のような機能が維持されるので、動力分配装置をオフロード用ギヤに、すなわち、変速比が2.6の急激な変化があるようなより低い変速比にシフトする場合に、自動変速機を第2ギヤから第5ギヤに同時にシフトすることによって、原動機の回転速度を実質的に一定に維持できる。
また、自動変速機を同時にシフトすることにより、その後、原動機の回転速度が許容範囲外になった場合、動力分配装置の切換が抑制される。
したがって、動力分配装置の要求された切換の大部分も実行できる。しかし、同時に、原動機が、切換後に許容できない作動状態になる事態、例えば、回転速度が低くなりすぎるか又は高くなりすぎる事態が防止される。
本発明による方法が使用される場合、動力分配装置の切換を実行するために、車両運転者によるクラッチの作動は不要である。運転者が切換の実行を所望する場合、運転者は切換要求を単に引き起こすだけでよい。したがって、車両運転者にとっては、自動車の作動がより簡単かつより快適になる。
さらに、本発明による方法のお陰で、制御装置は、切換が適切であるかどうか、及び車両運転者による動作なしに切換を引き起こして行っているかどうかを決定できることが可能である。
本発明の実施形態では、動力分配装置の切換中に、制御装置は原動機の出力トルクを自動的に低減する。この場合、動力作動部材を用いた車両運転者からの指示は無視される。切換が終了した後に、制御装置は出力トルクの増大を再び許容し、また車両運転者からの指示が再び実行される。トルクの増減は、例えば傾斜路に沿って行うことが可能である。
したがって、車両運転者は、駆動伝達系を開放することにより、動力分配装置が原動機の回転速度を意図せずにまた不必要に上昇させることなく、動力分配装置の切換中に動力作動部材を作動させ続けることができる。クラッチの閉鎖中に、上昇させられた回転速度はほとんどの場合再び低減させられるであろう。したがって、自動車の運転はより簡単かつより快適になる。
Claims (6)
- 原動機(11)と、
自動変速機(15)と、
動力分配装置(20)と、
前記原動機(11)と前記自動変速機(15)と前記動力分配装置(20)とを作動させるための少なくとも1つの制御装置(12、16)であって、前記動力分配装置(20)に対する、オンロード用ギヤとオフロード用ギヤとの間の切換又は二輪駆動と四輪駆動との間の切換に関する切換要求が存在する場合に、前記制御装置(16)によって切換が実行される少なくとも1つの制御装置(12、16)と、
を有し、
前記制御装置(16)が、
前記切換を開始する前に、前記自動変速機(15)のクラッチ(18)を開放して前記原動機(11)と前記動力分配装置(20)との間の動力伝達を遮断することによって、前記切換に関連する切換部材(23、24、25、26)でのトルクを低減し、
前記切換が終了した後に、前記クラッチ(18)を閉鎖して前記切換部材(23、24、25、26)でトルクを再び許容することによって前記動力伝達を回復させる、自動車の駆動伝達系を操作するための方法であって、
前記自動車が、能動ブレーキ装置(45)を有し、
前記制御装置(16)が、前記動力分配装置(20)の切換中に、前記自動車の速度又は前記自動車の速度から導出される変数を監視し、
前記制御装置(16)が、前記監視の結果に基づき前記ブレーキ装置(45)を作動させ、
切換要求が存在する場合に、前記制御装置(16)が、前記切換の後に生じる前記原動機(11)の回転速度を算出し、前記自動変速機(15)のシフトを行うか、又は前記算出された回転速度に基づき前記切換要求を抑制することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記制御装置(12、16)が、
前記切換中に前記原動機(11)の出力トルクを低減し、
前記切換が終了した後に前記出力トルクの増大を許容することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 誤った走行方向が検出された場合、前記制御装置(16)が、前記自動車を停止させるために前記ブレーキ装置(45)を作動させることを特徴とする、請求項1あるいは2に記載の方法。
- 現在の速度と前記切換の開始時の初期速度との差、又は速度勾配が制限値を超過した場合、前記制御装置(16)が前記ブレーキ装置(45)を作動させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置(16)が、一定の速度差又は一定の速度勾配を設定することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記切換の後の前記原動機(11)の前記回転速度の許容範囲が、前記制御装置(16)で決定され、
前記自動変速機(15)をシフトすることによって、前記回転速度を前記許容範囲内にすることができる場合、前記自動変速機(15)及び前記動力分配装置(20)の切換が行われ、
さもなければ、前記動力分配装置(20)の前記切換が抑制されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
