Description
Claims (14)
- リン酸塩100g当たりの重量で、コロイドシリカを25〜300g、およびヘマタイトゾルを0.5〜40g含むことを特徴とする、方向性電気鋼板用非クロム系コーティング剤。
- 前記リン酸塩は、第1リン酸アルミニウムと第1リン酸マグネシウムとの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方向性電気鋼板用非クロム系コーティング剤。
- 前記コロイドシリカは、酸性型であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方向性電気鋼板用非クロム系コーティング剤。
- 前記ヘマタイトゾルは、表面に水酸基を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方向性電気鋼板用非クロム系コーティング剤。
- 前記リン酸塩100g当たりの固体部重量で、0.5〜5.0gの水酸化コバルト、およびリン酸塩100g当たりの重量で1〜7gのホウ酸からなる群より選択される1つ以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方向性電気鋼板非クロム系コーティング剤。
- コロイドシリカにヘマタイトゾルを投入し攪拌してシリカ−ヘマタイト混合溶液1を製造する段階と、
前記製造したシリカ−ヘマタイト混合溶液1にリン酸塩を漸進的に投入して、シリカ−ヘマタイト−リン酸塩混合溶液2を製造する段階
とを含むことを特徴とする、方向性電気鋼板用非クロム系コーティング剤の製造方法。 - 前記シリカ−ヘマタイト−リン酸塩混合溶液2の製造段階で使用したリン酸塩は、第1リン酸アルミニウムと第1リン酸亜鉛との混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方向性電気鋼板用非クロム系コーティング剤の製造方法。
- 前記シリカーヘマタイト混合溶液にリン酸塩を投入する前に、
前記リン酸塩にホウ酸を添加して溶解させて固形分比50〜65重量%、粘度200〜300cpの混合溶液3を製造する段階と、
前記混合溶液3に水酸化コバルトをさらに添加し、攪拌して混合溶液4を製造する段階
とをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方向性電気鋼板用非クロム系コーティング剤の製造方法。 - リン酸塩、コロイドシリカおよびヘマタイトゾルを含むコーティング剤が鋼板の表面にコートされて形成されたコーティング鋼板の皮膜張力が0.30〜1.02kg/mm2であることを特徴とする、方向性電気鋼板。
- 前記コーティング剤のリン酸塩は、第1リン酸アルミニウムと第2リン酸亜鉛との混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方向性電気鋼板。
- 前記コーティング剤は、水酸化コバルトまたはホウ酸から選択された1つ以上の成分がさらに添加されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方向性電気鋼板。
- リン酸塩、コロイドシリカおよびヘマタイトゾルを含むコーティング剤を、乾燥皮膜塗布量が0.5〜6.0g/m2となるように鋼板の表面に塗布して、2段階熱処理することを特徴とする、高張力方向性電気鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記2段階熱処理は、800℃以下の低温で10秒〜1分間の熱処理をした後、800℃以上の高温で30秒〜9分間の熱処理を行うことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の高張力方向性電気鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記コーティング剤は、ホウ酸および水酸化コバルトからなる群より選択される1つ以上の成分をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の高張力方向性電気鋼板の製造方法。
