Abstract
【解決手段】 絶縁皮膜が燐酸塩と、この燐酸塩1モルに対しFe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの無機化合物の中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を、金属元素として0.06〜2.10モルを含有することを特徴とする、クロムを含まない絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板およびその絶縁被膜剤。

Description
(1) 絶縁皮膜が、燐酸塩と、この燐酸塩1モルに対し、Fe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの無機化合物の中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を、金属元素として、0.06〜2.10モルを含有することを特徴とするクロムを含まない絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板。
(2) 前記Fe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの無機化合物が、水酸化物、酸化物、炭酸塩、珪酸塩、モリブデン酸塩の1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする(1)のクロムを含まない絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板。
(3) さらに、燐酸塩の100質量部に対し、SiO2を35〜100質量部含有することを特徴とする(1)(2)のクロムを含まない絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板。
(4) Al,Mg,Caの中から選ばれる第一燐酸塩の1種または2種以上の合計で1モルに対し、Fe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの無機化合物の中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を金属元素として0.06〜2.10モル含有することを特徴とするクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
(5) 前記燐酸塩100質量部に対し、さらにコロイダルシリカを固形分相当として35〜100質量部含有することを特徴とする(4)のクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
(6) 前記Fe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの無機化合物が、水酸化物、酸化物、炭酸塩、珪酸塩、モリブデン酸塩の1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする(4)(5)のクロムを含まない絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板。
(7) (6)のFe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの水酸化物、酸化物、炭酸塩、珪酸塩、モリブデン酸塩化合物が、水溶液として安定なコロイダル物質であることを特徴とするクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
(8) (7)のコロイダル物質の形態が、単独化合物コロイド、SiO2或いはAl2O3等との複合コロイド、あるいはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とするクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
(9) (7)(8)のコロイダル物質の粒子径が500nm以下であることを特徴とするクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
Claims (9)
- 絶縁皮膜が、燐酸塩と、この燐酸塩1モルに対しFe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの無機化合物の中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を、金属元素として0.06〜2.10モルを含有することを特徴とする、クロムを含まない絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記Fe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの無機化合物が、水酸化物、酸化物、炭酸塩、珪酸塩、モリブデン酸塩の1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクロムを含まない絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板。
- さらに、燐酸塩の100質量部に対し、SiO2を35〜100質量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜2記載のクロムを含まない絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板。
- Al,Mg,Caの中から選ばれる第一燐酸塩の1種または2種以上の合計で1モルに対し、Fe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの無機化合物の中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を金属元素として0.06〜2.10モル含有することを特徴とするクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
- 前記燐酸塩100質量部に対し、さらにコロイダルシリカを固形分相当として35〜100質量部含有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
- 前記Fe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの無機化合物が、水酸化物、酸化物、炭酸塩、珪酸塩、モリブデン酸塩の1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項4〜5記載のクロムを含まない絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板。
- 請求項6に記載のFe,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Moの水酸化物、酸化物、炭酸塩、珪酸塩、モリブデン酸塩化合物が、水溶液として安定なコロイダル物質であることを特徴とするクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
- 請求項7に記載のコロイダル物質の形態が、単独化合物コロイド、SiO2或いはAl2O3等との複合コロイド、あるいはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とするクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
- 請求項7〜8に記載のコロイダル物質の粒子径が500nm以下であることを特徴とするクロムを含まない方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜剤。
